GGuest UserThe hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

GGuest UserI was there two days with my family. Highlight of the stay was interacting with the staff. Especially, the breakfast crew; they were personable, friendly, and attentive. My omelette was perfectly cooked. In the evening, I sat at the bar; although, extremely short staffed, the bartender was pleasant. The location was central to the places that I like to visit.
The room needed a little attention. There was food or dark drink residue in the sinks both in the bedroom and the kitchenette area and the coach had a few holes where the material on the inside of the sofa was coming out. Other than that, the room was okay.

WWEIIt is only a 10-minute drive from the international airport and there is a free airport shuttle minibus. Breakfast starts at 6.30, if you can't catch up, there are coffee, milk, oatmeal, hot water and so on.

GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean, but felt very sterile and institutional. The covers of the vinyl chairs in the room were worn through and looked very shabby, although they were comfortable. The room was very generic, with no supplies in the kitchen/needing to be requested specifically at the front desk. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, the first hotel we have been in where this was not supplied. Road noise was also louder than ideal. The advertised free breakfast was very sparse, with no fruit, yogurt, etc. Basically, only muffins and snack bars. Good people, disappointing experience.
