"Very helpful staff, there's also a shuttle that gets you to the nearby train and bus stations, that was very helpful! Housekeeping comes only on the fourth day which they said now it's the protocol for all the hotels, the breakfast is decent though I preferred having more options, especially in cheese 😅 everything else was very nice, it's clean and the room was spacious, everyone was willing to help, I highly recommend it :)"

"The location is a bit remote, but it's convenient for traveling. The light rail is right next to it. The bed is quite comfortable, but the sound insulation effect of the room is so poor that you can hear people talking upstairs and next door."

"The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the station. There is a free parking space in front of the hotel. If it is full and there is a parking lot next to it, it will cost 12 US dollars a day. The room is not big but has complete facilities for simple cooking. Clean every two days. There are Trader Joe's and outlets across the bridge, restaurants, and a small shopping district nearby. Very convenient choice."

"Stayed at this hotel for 8 days, seems like there is folks living there term term at this location, there was not hot water in the hotel on Saturday morning 18th until 3pm in the afternoon, the whole system had failed, no showers that morning, I left the hotel one day early and Ms Tiffany the manager would not credit me for one day exit, l liked the location but unfortunately I will be staying elsewhere the next time, I wouldn’t be looking for credit but I had meetings on Saturday morning and had to attend without showering, customer service was not helpful because they kept saying I used a third party to book the hotel,"

"The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet! The blue carpet, the interior color is gentle, and the water temperature is not suitable. The little brother came to help adjust it. He told me that this is the second most comfortable hotel in Boston, and I believe it! The night shift service at the front desk is called Sam. He is very nice. He will help you with any questions. If you have a language barrier, he will find a way to use a computer to translate. Will book again next time!"
