GGuest UserWill definitely be returning to The Ritz Carlton, South Beach. Upon entering the hotel everything seemed super clean and I was greeted with a glass of champagne. I had a fabulous experience at the beach. A few names of the Excellent staff that made the day perfection: Murex, Jacque, Nerlens, Jefferey, and Daril. My group and I were helped to find a great spot on the beach, the food and drinks were amazing. This group of staff checked on my friends and I to make sure all was well. Will hopefully be coming back soon!

YYUETINGWe will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time.

GGuest UserI had high hopes for this hostel but on my arrival I was brought down to reality. There were a few issues, from the girl on check-in not being engaging or friendly at all seemed more interested in her phone & could only conjure up one word reply’s to my questions. Our room seemed half done, this is a hotel that freehand has only half renovated, the 4 bed dorm had great beds but the bathroom had not been renovated since the 70’s. What Can I say about the air conditioning even on the lowest setting it was like a train was travelling through the room the whole night, I had to wear ear plugs & even then I found it difficult to sleep. The wifi was also nonexistent in our room to not have wifi in room in 2022 is unacceptable I had to regularly go to the main reception area just to send a few messages. The outdoor area was nice with a cool bar and swimming pool, that was the only redeeming feature of the property.

GgiuseppeThe service is attentive and very polite. The room are spacious and the hotel has all the facilities including a 24/hr gym. Bed are comfortable with crispy linen but it is a dated facility which badly needs a change of carpeting and some bathrooms modernization. Overall a pleasant stay between flights

XXiaoyuwenThe experience was very good. Although we arrived at the hotel very late, the two front desk staff, sweety and mia, were still enthusiastic and took the initiative to upgrade the room, introduce the hotel's business premises, and take the initiative to guide us to the elevator after checking in. They were very considerate. The room is also very spacious, with a wide view, smart facilities, good air conditioning, and clean sanitation. It was very comfortable to stay. The various beautiful scenery in the garden, coupled with the artificial lake, is stress-relieving and relaxing. The hotel swimming pool is super large, the water is clean, and it is very enjoyable to swim. The breakfast on the second day was also very complete, with many Chinese and Western choices and good taste. When checking out, they will take the initiative to ask about the check-in experience and remind you to scan the parking ticket. The location here is also very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi without driving. There is also Metro Line 2 next to it. Overall, it is very cost-effective, and the stay is very pleasant, the service is good, and the environment is beautiful. I will stay here next time I come to Xuzhou.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The day we arrived (Oct. 8th) the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The countertops and stove in the kitchen had not been cleaned. As we continued to get settled into the room we hear the air conditioned come on. OMG!! The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud it sounded like an industrial engine in a factory. It woke us up every night so needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. To add insult to injury, while trying to sleep I felt something on my head. Thinking it was a roach I jumped up and turned on the lights only to realize it was the “pleather” headboard that was peeling and falling on my head. The worst part about it all was the lack of response from the hotel staff including the Manager, Jose Pita. I immediately addressed my concerns with the front desk clerk the night we arrived and asked for another room as this room was not satisfactory at all. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t help me and that I would need to speak with someone in the morning. I waited until the following morning to address my concerns with the next person on duty. That young lady (Ruth) was the only pleasant person at the hotel. She stated she would have someone check out the AC unit in our room and if it couldn’t be repaired she would move us to another room. I explained we would be out the entire day and would return around 5pm that afternoon which she replied, “no problem”. As we returned from our day of exploring Miami I approached the young lady at the desk (her name was Hynah) to inform her of the conversation I had with Ruth and she proceeds to tell me that they would not be moving our room as Ruth had stated. She said “All the AC units sound like that”. When I asked to speak to the Manager she told me he wasn’t there so I asked for his email address. I sent the Manager (Jose Pita) a lengthy email detailing my experience in an effort to see if he could resolve the issues at hand for a paying customer. I never received a response from Mr. Pita. As someone who is a Corporate Exec in the hospitality industry and stays at hotels 150+ nights a year across the gulf south region this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am going to make sure I let all of my colleagues and contacts know never to stay at this hotel EVER!!

Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start.
Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music.
The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

GGuest User I was traveling to Cartagena Columbia. I stayed at the Day’s Inn by the airport. After a long day of driving it was so refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude of Mrs Diaz. It was as if I had came to a family member’s home. I felt , welcome. The grounds were very clean, the lobby was was full of relaxing atmosphere. Mrs Diaz’s friendly manner was so charming. I felt as if I had came to my sisters home. Her staff was very professional and helpful. Mrs Diaz’s and her staff saw to my every need. I left my car at the hotel and was shuttled to the airport. The shuttle bus was clean,and comfortable. I was dropped off close to my departing gate. With plenty of time to get checked in and pass security. On my return the shuttle was there to take me back to the hotel and Mrs Diaz and her staff welcomed me back. My whole experience was awesome thanks to Mrs Diaz and her staff! Most definitely I will be staying at Days Inn by Wyndham 4767 NW 36th street on my next trip to Miami.
