When you arrive and request check in, they told me that they had no system, which as my stay was paid with points, They would make me a point refund and I would have to pay my room because they had no way to know that my room was actually paid; to what I comment I have the confirmatory that arrived me by post where the point deduction is and they say I have to Wait for the manager, who arrives in 10 minutes or calls the customer service. I decided to wait for 10 minutes and while I wait, plated with the reception girl and tells me that most likely I NOt get a room, he understands I have my family there, but she can't do anything ... reason why I start to it was worried, because my two little girls were sleeping and my husband and I had the power to eat and rest in the hotel before we went out shopping ... Just walked through the food ... Then I worried more because I started to review the costs of both nights and hotels were very expensive ... What affected my travel budget .... I return with the girl, I ask the manager (have already passed 10min) and tells me that you don't know, that he has no time to arrive, who can come at any time because you don't have to be there ...
