Very Good
Breakfast was great! Lots of options. Staff are very professional, friendly, and hospitable. They go the extra mile. The pool guy has a very tedious job cleaning up the pool tiles. And I can't imagine serving so many people breakfast each day as the cooks do. Somehow they keep the food trays full. I do wish there was a Belgian waffle maker rather than a pancake maker. And in my opinion the hotel could use some updates such as carpet and a new paint job. Also the pool looks a little rough as there are many areas where the bottom is peeling up and it wasn't available for swimming the first few days, but they were quick to repair it. In conclusion, staff are great, service is great, food is delicious, but building could use some updates.

I've stayed here twice now and I think I'll be booking many more times in the future. I often come to Detroit for concerts and, as I've gotten older, I don't like doing the four hour drive home in the middle of the night. This place is right off the highway on the way home just a bit out of Detroit. Each time I've stayed here it's been very affordable and most importantly exceptionally clean - the bathrooms specifically have been spotless. It's located near gas and restaurants to start the day off right on the way home. Is it a little dated? Sure, but for the price I can't complain given how well maintained it is. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff each visit. The breakfast is the only thing I guess I could complain about, but it's well stocked if you're into fruit, cereal, waffles, and juice. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy and it was fine, but I just grabbed a sub at Subway across the street instead for my second visit. I don't hold complimentary breakfast against any hotel though as I'm picky.

GGuest UserCame for the weekend got there on Friday night Libby ( not sure if I spelled it correctly )is Awesome l!! Great customer service and patience. Birthday girls trip for my best friend and she definitely had patience for us All lol . She made the stay no hassles and worry free l! Didn’t care for the second floor Morning clean lady she had attitude and told us not to take anything off her cart which we were only about to get in elevator her assumption really didn’t sit well with me and messed up the positive energy while going to get morning coffee . Early morning Desk clerk was very nice she kept smiling and having great customer service saw her going over and beyond cleaning and helping Great attitude. Over all great experience minus the inconvenience with the lady the rooms were clean and Great location from everything . Definitely will stay there again.
