Thankfully, we all have a sense of humor and made numerous references to Fawlty Towers and other hotel based comedies. It is so bad it would be funny - if you weren’t paying $200 a night to watch wallpaper peel while you fall asleep. If you want a hotel experience that prepares you for cheap hotels in bankrupt failed states, this is a great place to stay. I’m guessing future guests will be asked to help with the demolition on their way out. How they are charging the rates they do is borderline criminal.

I stayed here for a quick stay before flying out of the Cleveland airport. I dropped my rental car off at the rental car center and called the hotel. They sent the shuttle to pick me up. The driver was very friendly and told me a lot about Cleveland history. Inside, the hotel is a typical courtyard, very clean with a large tv in the room. When I checked in, they asked what time I would be taking the shuttle back to the airport. I arrived down the next morning for an easy airport transfer to my flight.

I was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all. Oh my god don’t get me started. Black sh** comes from the sink and tub as ur using them. The sink takes about half an hour to drain and the tub will have your ankles submerged in dirty water as you shower. I paid for the Deluxe suite online and was asked for a 50 dollar deposit when I arrived, I recently stayed at a comfort in and it did not have me do that and many other places the same thing. Maintenance came 20 minutes before check out when I intentionally called for help hours after check in the day before. Maintenance comes in and proceeds to use chemicals in the sink that burn your eyes and nose and only tells us to leave after a chemical reaction occurs and smoke comes from the . I asked for the manager at check out and was told they were not there and should expect a call by next week. Maintenance guy was very polite as well as the morning desk attendant that I interacted with but overall bad experience.

Basic hotel room, with kitchenette. Utensils kept at office, presumably to prevent losses. Room was quite clean, fairly up to date. Hot water slow to start, but plentiful when up to speed. As an elder, wished there were grab bars in bathtub. Don't need them yet, but nice to know they COULD be available. Ventilation system works flawlessly, keeps room cool in summer, assuredly warm in winter. Bed was way too soft and mushy. Like sleeping in jello. Like the recliner chair. Very comfortable. Kitchen is nice, being with diet restrictions, I can eat responsibly, when needed. Note that grocery is walkable. Shopping mall nearby, as well as public mass transit. Many fine dining choices nearby, freestanding, or at mall.

A motel, just off the road! Breakfast is average, but can meet the basic needs, mainly bread, surprise is to do waffle, drinks: coffee, juice, and cereals and yogurt! Very close to the gas station, walk for 5 minutes; drive 10 minutes from Wal-Mart, 24 hours, great, everything! Suitable for driving, parking is convenient!
