Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service.
On the day of arrival, the front desk informed the booked room that there was one room left. Fortunately, the room type was upgraded for free. The overall service was not bad. The room was clean and the breakfast was a bit simple. The hotel WIFI was not connected to the Internet on the second day of check-in. It was good when I checked out on the third day. The efficiency was a bit low.
The surrounding environment is beautiful and the commercial facilities are perfect. But the hotel service is average, especially the front desk, asking her to have an extra bottle of water. What's even more strange is that we are not allowed to meet guests in the lobby area, saying that we want to book a special reception room.

A typical American hotel, the location is right for me, right next to the relatives' home. The air conditioning sound is a bit loud. Service hygiene is fine. After all, it is an old hotel, and overall is quite satisfactory.
This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.
Love the decor of the hotel, very modern. It's like a warm home. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's very convenient to travel
Service attitude is very good, very clean. It seems that you can also bring a dog into the hotel. This is really good, it is a problem how the plane can take the dog from China.
