GGuest UserPerfectly located to Henderson State Park Beach - walking distance for a morning or evening walk. Great location for restaurants, shopping and attractions. The property is very clean with two pools - indoor and outdoor, nice fitness center and breakfast was good, but could use some fresh fruit. There is also an outside sitting area for relaxing after a day at the beach. The only drawback is that I was there for 7 days and supposedly there should have been cleaning service every other day, I had to raid the cleaning carts for clean towels and toilet paper. Also, the room does not have a microwave...which I find odd.

JjillRooms are usually very clean. However this time around there were ants literally everywhere!! The bathroom the side tables and the tv stands! There were so many ants I had to buy ant dust to attempt to get rid of them. It’s hard to sleep comfortably when you’re surrounded by little red ants in the room. That issue needs to be fixed before I stay there again. The rooms are still clean and the staff is amazing but the bugs have to go! Especially when the price is 95$ per night.

GGuest UserI only gave a 4/5 for service bc housekeeping never cleaned our room. I saw some people had door signs but we never had one so maybe that's why. Wasn't a big deal , we just stopped someone and got our own towels and we were ok for the most part. The linens could have been a bit more clean but besides that it was good. The ceiling in the room was peeling and in the bathroom. Overall, still a decent hotel, location was great. We did not use amenities, besides the pool .

JJIENANOthers are okay, that is, before the check-in, all the occupants must be over 21 years of age, not the same as those offered on Ctrip, because this incident has been dragged for a long time to stay, and the traces of Ctrip staff have been helping!

Bed was very comfortable also the location was in a great area food and shopping center within walking distance I most definitely will stay here again.

CCarterOverall it was a great stay. Loved the hardwood floor as well as the shower/bathroom was clean and nice. A/c also worked exceptionally well. Only thing that wasn’t great was the water pressure was very low. Other than that, a great stay!

MMtnGal12Great hotel, newly renovated, clean room with big screen tv, microwave and fridge, coffee/tea maker and hairdryer, nice pool area to enjoy the sunshine. They also serve a hot breakfast every morning. Nestled just inside Niceville, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The front desk clerks are very nice and the house keepers are friendly, the grounds are well maintained. Note they do require a 100$ deposit upon arrival and are very business like filling out the proper paperwork in doing so. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
