Okay, so where do I start? I have a Gold Elite Bonvoy member and have been for many years. I reserved a King Suite room on the top floor Club Level with access to the Club. which was a paid upgrade. I have reserved the Club level many times over the years at Bonvoy Properties, so I know what to expect and what it usually has to offer. Besides a respite from the hectic days, there is generally some decent food and drinks served there too. This is the absolutely and positively by far, hands down the WORST Sheraton Hotel that I have stayed at. The first issue that caught my attention was the absence of any USB charging ports in the rooms, including the top floorKing Suits. When as inquired about this at the front desk I was told that they didn't have them in any of the rooms. I asked them to have the manger call me and that never happened. When I checked in I choose to have the room cleaned daily. The next day my room was cleaned and restocked when I returned from all day meetings. The second day when I returned after 4:00 pm my room had not been cleaned, so I went to the front desk because they didn't answer the phone after 15 rings. When I asked if my room was going to be cleaned today, I was told that they don't clean rooms every day. They then asked me if I wanted it cleaned and I declined because I planned on staying in my room and ordering room service for dinner. The option on the app was daily cleaning or 500 points so I choose daily cleaning. What hotels of this caliber have you ever stayed at that you had to go to the Bar/Restaurant to pick up your food after ordering it through room service? I was told that they would call me back to say it is ready to be picked up. Really? Now the quality of the food was horrid, and I was unable to eat most of it. since it was cold and nasty looking. I had ordered Kung Pau chicken with vegetables over white rice. The only vegies in that dish were bell peppers and two very small pieces of carrot. I did eat the brownie and ice-cream desert because I had to eat. As for the ”Club” This was even a bigger letdown. The first time I went there on the second day after my meeting to get a bite, there were three 1/4 turkey sandwiches left on the tray at around 6:00 pm along with some kind of cucumber salad and a green salad. Of course, there were a few Pepsi's, some small mini water bottles, a few root beers and some sprite knockoff drinks in the fridge. I did not eat breakfast since I was out of there too early each day. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and saw that they had a food line similar to what you get at a Hampton Inn. No Thanks! The final night I stopped by the Club to give it another chance and for some food since I returned before the put the food out. Mushy Orange Chicken and Mushy Broccoli Beef and some cold white rice. The only think I consumed there that was tasty was the ”Kirkland” trail mix, which was 4x the price. Let's see what else I remember... Tub/Shower valve
Housekeeper Bernadette was very polite and helpful to my needs in my room I was there last week for an event my room was clean and rooms looked nicely remodeled would definitely return love this place.
Just beside the ten doors, the traffic is very convenient, there are also a lot of places to eat around, shopping is first-class, the room facilities are ordinary, and the comparison is also a long time, let's make it happen.

The hotel in the United States is big, and two people live enough. The hotel is very close to the door of Ole, walking on foot, the location is pretty good. Although language communication is a bit of a hindrance, the front desk guys are quite enthusiastic and the overall feeling is good.
Worst hotel ever stayed in when we first got there it didn't even have my room ready so we had to come back in an hour that was no big deal so we came back they put us in this room with no bathroom door no privacy or anything the door locks on the door looks like someone been broken into all jacked up holes in the ceiling water spots all over the ceilings you can see underneath the door where the seal is was cut off I went back to the lady and I asked to be in to Don the room and she gave me such attitude and I literally gave her attitude back very disrespectful girl her name is May or whatever how you spell it did they put us in a room upstairs little better but still it stinks like old dirty people water spots in the walls the bathroom is nice that's only thing about it the bed sucked pillows flat way uncomfortable I woke up hurting while I was gone NASCAR race they came into the room took my food and threw it away didn't make the bed I get this hotel I like complete zero the workers lack of respect they need to be fired except one lady that she helped us she was pretty great I would not recommend this hotel for anybody this hotel needs to be closed down or have better management screw this stupid Hotel
The breakfast was terrible and obviously covid has caused them to close down the bar and happy hour, and the pool. But the price did not go down. Sucks for us that got spoiled before covid. Everything else was great. Happy new year
The room was not clean, there were sticky spots to most furniture. Even though we booked a triple room we were given a queen bed and a couch without sheets. The phone in the room was not working and I had to go back to reception to ask for sheets and pillows. When we opened the couch it was full of old food and dirt. Even though it advertises that there is free shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle during our stay and we had to walk to the airport.

i drove 7 hours from Arizona to get to this hotel that my company already booked and paid for in advance to be told that i need my boss present to present his id and card....... also told me i wouldnt be able to get a room because we have to re book 72 hours in advance.... i sat around for 2-3 hours til my boss from ontario could arrive to present his id and card..... very unprofessional because ive stayed here last month and did not have any of these issues. the front desk did not give two F***s that i was basically stranded in another state with nowhere to stay. after driving 7 hours and sitting 2-3 hours. you would think if you have people staying that are coming from out of state you would provide necessary information so that we are not stuck. after my boss showed up i finally got this room to walk into a dirt ball room with ants everywhere and just dirty. the wifi is probably the worst wifi ive ever experienced in a hotel. the fact that they call this complimentary wifi is almost disrespectful. i work a lot from my computer and i need good connection to be able to work. as i am writing this review in the hotel room looking at my wifi signal with 1 -2 bars max and thats how the wifi has been this whole week. for the hassle and stress i was put through i would book another hotel that would actually give you the service and respect that you pay for. the fact that the front desk said i wouldnt be able to book anything cause for 72 hours and their manager left was ridiculous. basically telling me to f*** off. i remained respectful and calm throughout all of their crap. you need to be teach your employees to cater to repeat customers... ive been here many times and my history will show it... and shows everytime my company paid with the same payment method... they had me wait 3 hours because lack of skill, lack of knowleadge, lack of customer service. And they were okay with letting me sleep in my car because their process is wrong is the reason they will get a bad review today. if you do make a reservation here and pay online make sure that these people provide you with all the right documents you will need especially if your company is paying for the room. make sure you bring insect killer and plenty of sanitizer to clean the dirty rooms. also their is free breakfast included but i wasnt aware of it until my last night here and none of the employees let me know of this i had to kind of force myself into the free breakfast. its time people do their job the right way it amazes me how employees can destroy a business's name and reputation because of their poor level of skill and care. And on the side of this damn building their are about 100 bumble bees flying around the side of the building if i didnt see it in advance it would have been pretty bad. ive never seen this many bees hovering around the garden on the side of the building before.

DDraghignazzoNice decor. Good proposal.
Is you want to be near the outlet, you’ll like it.
Be careful since rooms facing freeway tend to be little noisy.
GGuest UserI was traveling for business. Having stayed at this Days Inn previously and discovered it to be the best Value with easy highway access and easy non highway travel (LA closes the highways randomly.) so always plan alternate routes.
GGuest UserClean rooms well maintained. The whole property is well maintained. Friendly staff always offering help. Great variety of items for breakfast that is hot and fresh. Clean pool area with fresh towels. Excellent parking available for all rooms.
RreyesKristyI was looking forward to the kitchen they had there at the motel but as soon as I got there I saw 2 roaches..makes me not want to go back there anymore that was disgusting and ruined my time being there!!
PpatissonIf you've read some of the reviews below you'll realize this isn't the grandest of places -- especially if you want to sleep with train tracks right next door and heavy trains loudly going past. I had a negative experience with the owner, Nero, that just goes to show how elements of customer service or decency have gone out the window. I made a mistake and doublebooked this motel and another one for the same night. In fact, I wanted to stay at the other place the first night and then drive down here for the following night. It was my fault -- I was tired and booked the same night twice. The Choice booking system did not stop a duplicate reservation. I phoned Choice Motels to ask if I could do a deal: I was prepared to pay for the night I really wanted but, if I did that, could I swap the wrongly booked night for a subsequent (second) night if the place wasn't sold out? I wasn't planning to stay in this location an extra night, but if this could be arranged the hotel wouldn't lose any money -- just allocate a room that would have otherwise gone empty to replace the one I'd erroneously paid for -- and would gain the payment for the night I actually wanted! (so I would be staying two nights and paying two nights). Choice customer service found my request reasonable and phoned the motel for me, but they said the owner needed to be contacted. So I emailed him and got a negative response. It's true: he was entitled to keep the money for the night I erroneously booked and did not have to do anything, but he could have cooperated at no cost to himself while still having two nights revenue for the two nights stayed. The owner's cold attitude indicates a form of greed that is highly unattractive and makes a stay at his property even less desirable than indicated by many other reviewers below. I'd recommend staying elsewhere, especially the very nice Comfort Inn Suites Ontario, also part of Choice Hotels, and that I've found offers fantastically good service as well as a friendly customer-oriented environment.
GGuest UserI checked into this hotel. The room was filthy, the trash piling up and looked like a landfill, broken bikes in the back, graffiti all over the walls, flimsy doors to the rooms. I check in and the guy didn't speak any English so he called someone who I assume was the owner. (I have no issues with using a translator, that wasn't an issue). What was my issue is that he threw my ID back into the tray like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Then... I go and move my items from the car to the hotel. I decide to go and get some food. I leave, am gone for about 30 minutes then come back to find a card key fall out of the crack of the door when I opened the door. Someone tried to break in my door. So I am now feeling unsafe. I go to the office and ask for the guy to call the dude who is translating. He proceeds to argue with me at how it's impossible that someone tried to break in. I said... well it happened. At this point, I don't feel good... I don't feel safe. He says, I can move you to another room. (There's like 10 rooms on the property and they are all the same, front facing, so this isn't gonna do anything to help me). He argues with me some more and eventually I gave up and called *******, told them what happened. I told ******* I would be willing to pay for the 1 night since I checked in but that I wanted a refund on the other two nights. They issued a refund. Needless to say, this was the MOST UNSAFE and WORST hotel I've ever seen or stayed at. Steer clear!
