We arrived in the evening exhausted from an eight hour flight. The front desk staff was very helpful, but we had difficulty finding our room! The property is very large. Upon entering the room we weren’t exactly feeling as if it was going to be an enjoyable stay. The room was a bit small. However when we awoke we were elated by the beautiful surroundings. The grounds were immaculate and it was so peaceful and lovely!! The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness and patio area made up for that. Bed was extremely comfortable, and it was so quiet there!! My grandchildren visited and they had so much fun in the heated kiddie pool!!! They also had a ball feeding the ducks and climbing on the big turtle, roadrunner, and iguana! This is a terrific stay for folks wishing to unwind. We are very appreciative to the staff who were so friendly, and do such a wonderful job keeping this immense property so well maintained. If you are seeking a wild time this would not be for you. If you are seeking a peaceful respite from this difficult time in history this is the place!!
OMG - this hotel is amazing! We went for my mom’s 83rd and while we stay here twice a year, this experience was phenomenal thanks to Devon. Not only did she and Michael give me the perfect room, she gave my parents their dream room! This is the best hotel with a boutique feel and all the wants and needs you have. The pool bar staff is phenomenal- tysm Trent and Neil and to the lovely young ladies making coffee every morning- you rock too. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff is off the charts- hurry up and book now- you sooo won’t be disappointed.
Embarc has been a family trip destination for years! This time I enjoyed it solo! Same great experience :) The service is amazing. Their staff is willing to lend a helping hand in everything and anything. I will continue to come here for years to come. This was my first time coming on a non-holiday week and it was the best ever! It was peaceful and quiet and a nice change of scenery. The people that come to stay at Embarc are always pleasant and friendly as well. Overall, a place to guarantee a pleasant vacation. Everything you need is in your room, and if you need extra kitchen supplies not equipped in the kitchen, it is just a call away to the front desk...easy! They have supplies stored away to keep sanitized due to covid that you can check out at the front desk, which are fun to pass the time. They have pool table supplies, air hockey, pickle ball, basketball and more. You can also choose which movie to show at their theater (a must do)! Highly recommend this place!!!!

We stayed here for the weekend while going to a nearby hotel function. We arrived late, check-in was seamless, and the staff member was polite and friendly. Arriving late, we entered the room, preped for bed, and turned in for the night. So everything was fine the first night, and from then on, it went downhill. We discovered in the morning the bathroom tub had black mold around the bathtub (see pics). We also noticed that the room had a lot of areas showing significant wear. I reported the tub issue hoping it would be fixed while we were out for the evening. It was not fixed. In addition, when we arrived back, just past midnight, from our evening out, we discovered our A/C was out. The room was quite hot. I called the front desk and was informed that the maintenance person had just left at midnight and nothing could be done to repair it tonight. I was also informed housekeeping had yet to clean all their empty rooms, so they did not have a room we could move to. The front desk clerk did offer to waive the night's charge and a fan. She brought the fan to the room promptly. We both had a horrible night's sleep. The room was so hot I could not get comfortable and ended up staying up the entire night. My wife woke up in a sweat several times but got a few hours of restless sleep. If we had discovered the A/C being out earlier in the evening, we would have moved to another hotel. The bottom line, this hotel is sorely understaffed and has been for quite some time. Throughout the hotel, in the elevators, walkways, fitness room, our room, etc., there are many signs that routine maintenance is lacking. The staff is doing their best to make things right, and I sincerely thank them. The problem is with management; management needs to get on the ball and do what is necessary to attract the staff needed to keep this hotel up to the Hilton standards.
Very good, the hotel facilities are very complete, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker and other appliances needed in daily life are basically there. There are four swimming pools and it is very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool time which was complimented by the not to hot weather. Nice location not far from local stores. Walmart, Costco and restaurants just couple miles away which made it quick fast to grab a bite to eat and get to relaxing.
This was my first time to this property in the Palm Springs area. It is a large property so it is easy to get lost around the property driving your first day however it becomes easy once you get used to things. The rooms in the Enclaves are wonderful and spacious. I would recommend a room on an upper floor for more privacy and try for a room facing the golf course which is the best way to go. The pools are convenient and the staff is very helpful. The front desk/registration is busy normally and the staff does a great job of taking care of any requests.
The environment is great! The outside of the house is full of golf courses. The large area is full of Marriott. There are various room types, villas, townhouses, hotels. Originally, I wanted to make a two-bedroom villa. The order was not paid successfully. I changed the single room and the room was large. The sofa bed and balcony, the house is just fine, the blanket in the cupboard is a bit thin. Another 10 o'clock check out is a bit uncomfortable! Such a good environment, I had to turn around after checking out! Remind compatriots: Old American rooms are generally equipped with kitchen heating equipment, go out and prepare a light meal outside, ready to go!
Maybe more like a 3.5. First, if you’re looking for clean and comfortable this works. Bed was very comfortable and rooms seem pretty updated. Lots of outlets, including USB, for charging. Staff was nice and helpful. Disappointing: I know food service is limited with COVID, but it is not clear on their website. There is no food here besides the little snack closet thing. Several options nearby including an Applebee’s in the same parking lot if you have low standards. The walls are pretty thin. The stomping above us was pretty loud and we could hear conversations from people in other rooms and on their balconies with our door closed. And the annoying thing is that, when you first enter your room, the TV is on and set to the hotel station. This is whatever, but if you’re next to a room that is vacant, you can hear the music looping every 10 seconds because they leave the TV on super loud. It’s a mild kind of torture.
It’s a very beautiful resort. The room was enough room for a family. We had full kitchen to prepare meals for the kids. The patio opened to a nice pond snd golf course. The pools were kept clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for the guests. We had a great time. 😎👍

GGuest UserBook this hotel for my boyfriend and his mother for her birthday. Got two rooms other than the hotel being very expensive. Hotel was 250 US dollars a night with tax discounted. My boyfriend said breakfast was good and he was very pleased with the appearance of the hotel he said everything looked new and fresh and he was very happy that I booked this hotel for him. His mother also enjoyed watching the trains go by. They did not partake of the pool but would have had they not been spending just one day there. His friend stated another hotel and they were very unhappy and they paid more money than he did.. he said he would stay there again.
GGuest UserI would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling as a single woman and felt safe staying there alone. I was impressed with the breakfast offering each day, as there were hot as well as cold options, and it was better than you might expect from most complimentary breakfast buffets. I met one of the maids in the hallway and asked her to empty my wastebaskets (I wasn't due to have service, unless specifically requested). Anyway, she went above and beyond in tending to several items in my room. Also, the older gentleman in the breakfast area my second morning (2/19) was greatly helpful. So, just wanted to compliment the staff at this location.

GGuest UserTo be honest this resort wasn’t our first choice for a girls trip - but I found us a great deal and it had decent reviews. We arrived late at night and were impressed by the spacious entry way. Check-in was quick and easy - although the front desk clerk was perhaps not the most friendly. I asked if he had any tips for us - it was our first time to the area and he said, “umm Palm Springs is about 30 min away”. Yep we just flew in so that’s one thing we did know We had the choice between the main building and outer building. I didn’t know what that meant so I went with main and I’m glad we did. We were in the 6th floor, not far from an elevator which was handy for the Oasis pool area Breakfast in the morning at Rockwood was fantastic. Between the group we tried the American breakfast and Wet Burrito on the first day and it was ll fantastic. The rest of the trip we opted for the buffet. At $32 a person including beverages it was a great deal. The buffet included fruits, bagels and breads, smoked salmon and meats, breakfast potatoes, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles and an omelet station. On the weekend they had a crepe station. The pastry selections were fantastic and delicious. There were 3 pools in the Oasis pool area- a lap pool, larger pool and “upper deck”. The upper deck is just a smaller pool that seemed to be more of an overflow area - would have made sense to be an adults only pool but wasn’t. There were some VIP chairs but for $75 were completely unnecessary on our trip. We had no problem finding pool chairs near the pool and under umbrellas . Water stations around the pool were a nice touch The first day we had one pool server who was amazing and went above and beyond. Think his name was Connor. The next day we had a server that gave us a sign to raise when we wanted help…they sold pool floaties and I asked if we purchased one did the pool in gate them for us…most resort pools do…. She was offended I implied she might blow up the floaty and said we could do it ourselves or try to get a pool boy to do it but she brought the drinks. Ummm. Definitely didn’t expect our server to inflate a floaty - sorry I asked Pool drinks were great. Skip the nachos but the quesadilla was great and only $13 The lobby shop was inflated more than I expected but had a great selection of things you may have forgotten at home - also had pool floaties for $13 compared to $18-25 at the pool. The resort had a lot of fun things to do that we didn’t have time for - mini golf, outside lawn games and boat rides. The hotel bar looked fun and was centrally located Overall a very good stay - exceeded our expectations and I think we’ll be back! Definitely get the breakfast!
GGANGQIANGIn Las Vegas, many hotels pay a resort fee. Best Western Hotel does not require a resort fee and breakfast. Breakfast is an American breakfast and you can make waffles yourself. Drive to Las Vegas Boulevard in less than ten minutes. Very good value for money.
HHAIJUNThis hotel is very new, the hardware is good, but the rooms are small. There is Wal-Mart on the side, full-time. Two major supermarkets. There are many small restaurants such as Pizza Hut, etc. It is perfect to rest and replenish supplies during the trip. One of the disadvantages of the room is to save energy, his lights will be turned off after a while. Plus the lighting in the room itself is not very good. Just a little bit uncomfortable. The water pressure in the other room was very low and the bath was very uncomfortable. The breakfast at this hotel is very good. Even during the epidemic. The types of non-contact food provided are much more than that of ordinary hotels.
