4.4/5
Excellent
GGuest UserThis hotel was in an excellent place to visit Mount Rushmore and the surrounding areas. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The town closes down around 9pm so the only thing lacking was food and entertainment after 9-10pm. There are towns a few miles away that have places that stay open a little later. Plan to take time to eat early and enjoy the town. It’s very cute and there are plenty of fun things to do!

I think they were from kids went to swim and when they got out , they did no t dry out outside the pool. They were just dripping waters all over the place. That was a hazard for other customers. I made the staff aware of it. You should have a rule regarding swimming rule. They should have dried out before out of the pool area. In addition kids were running n the hallway and made very noisy. You should separate family with kids from family without kids.
宋宋Hotel location is very good, the city is too small! There is a free parking lot, but it is open-air, just in time for heavy snow, and there is a lot of snow on the car! The front desk is very intimate, see where you parked and arrange the room for you~
PPaul AllenI enjoyed my time there. The rooms are good, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is only ok if you've got a car and/or need a place to crash off the interstate.
BBlessingHotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called.
It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.
GGuest UserUpon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub.
Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good.
Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could
GGuest UserFirst of all being a Wyndham property you would expect better service. Room was very small and cram. Breakfast was a waste of time they ran out quickly. Same breakfast everyday
Biscuits and gravy, waffles wirh no syrup.
Pool not accessible due to children wild un attend too by parents.
The cable went out no one to fix it. No tv to watch
Will not stay here again.
I might gotten better service at the days Imn
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Super 8. Relatively inexpensive and you get what you pay for which is good. You are allowed peta which is nice however please not that the price per night is not $15 but $35 like states on terms from trip.com. So we were a little take back by that. But other than that hiccup it was a simple effortless stay including a a breakfast which was ok.
GGuest UserVery good, good morning, very suitable for children, there is a children's pool, there is a very good inland steakhouse opposite the big parking lot, the taste is very good.
