Best Placentia Hotels

The place was very pleasant and the workers there had very smiling faces and were very nice and there was a quick response to any comment. The food at breakfast was very American and when asked if something was missing, they came quickly.

On a business trip, the overall feeling is good, not far from Disney, the hotel facilities are very good, the room has a bathtub. The pool is also very large, mainly about the customer talking about work. . .

This trip was a staycation with my small family. It was a much needed break from the stress of life and it was nice to have enjoyed it so much. My son has autism so it is hard for him to stay in new places. I was worried about noise since the train passes nearby but I never heard it. This room was huge and clean. It had a great deak area and I was able to connect my Netflix to the TV. It is close wnough to all kinds or restaurants. Even though the pool was very small, my kids had a great time. The free breakfast was filled with different options. The eggs were not the best but everything else was really good.

Breakfast so so, not much selection to choose. Location is so so, near industrial look area. Good for business, not for family traveling with kids

Used OTA Trip app added breakfast bar to my booking. They Marriott charged me a mystery $10 not sure if it was for breakfast bar which I had a voucher for. I called at least 5 times to their Accounting Dept and left voicemails no one ever answers and no one ever returned my call. Had to dispute charges and Credit Card company took it off probably at a loss to C.C. Company due to it being a small amount and not worth

The front desk clerk seemed not friendly no smile on his face. The bed sheet was clean but the material was not cotton may be made of synthetic material. The room window roll up curtain couldn’t close find out at 10pm before sleep. Morning breakfast was really not that exciting, scrambled eggs add a lot of bread crumbs in it. The sausage had a lot of fat, good thing was fresh orange and Apple found on the table. I may not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Clean friendly will return will recommend will continue to choose motel 6 as my main choice of hotel stay

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.

The hotel location was good. But the service was just horrible. I go in the room and there was no remote to the television. I asked them for another piece of remote and it did not work as well so I was not able to watch television. Second beside my room there was a dog that kept barking during the night so I called front desk to call that room but nothing happened. And the next day, all the front desk was I’m sorry.

Staff: Great customer service-understanding and patient when we had to pay late to extend our stay. The prices of the rooms are actually really cheap abd affordable, especially when compared to the other hotels in that area. Rooms are clean, have good lighting, and the furnishings and decor are not outdated. Overall: I can’t complain about this hotel or it’s staff members. I’d Recommend staying here for all ages as well as for any type of trip-both business & leisure trips.
