i enjoyed my stay in hilton chicago northbrook. room is clean, foods are good specially their pizza is so good. staffs are great except one particular person the male manager is rude didnt want to tell me anything looking at me angry bla2. otherwise everything good

This hotel is fairly new and we could tell! It was very clean. I didn’t give full points for anything else because 1) the fax machine wasn’t working and the front desk associate couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed (I was here for 2 weeks), even though a different attendant was very good about replenishing they breakfast offerings. Some days the front desk people were friendly, others not so friendly. I didn’t use the amenities.

The hotel has its own restaurant, so you have no choice but to eat at the hotel late at night. The taste is not bad. It is more than 40 dollars from the airport. I remember that there is a taxi called city cab from the airport, which is too expensive. Because he can't go anywhere else after accepting the order, he can only go back, so there is a fare that needs to be paid and shared with the driver. As a result, I paid more than 60 dollars, and more than 70 dollars including consumption, which is super expensive. The hotel breakfast is self-service. When you check in, you will be given a colored coupon, and then you come to order. It seems that each different color coupon has different types of options. Mine is purple, I suggest you look at my choice. At the same time, because I booked with Ctrip, the itinerary changed, and I couldn't cancel one night. I wasted 1,000 yuan, which is very unsatisfactory.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn and everything was wonderful, the Location, the staff,( Rob, Thomas, Maggie and there is another member as well ) lobby, The amenities, the breakfast, and especially the room was perfect.... Its just doesn't get any better than this. I will be coming back ! Thank you and GREAT JOB !

Good quality and low price, more than 20 minutes drive past the airport, the suite is quite big, kitchen utensils are all available, forgot to take photos, very good, suitable for friends who rent a car, free parking, free breakfast, good environment, very quiet .

Breakfast is normal, basic style, you can eat, there is parking space, the room is large, suitable for the whole family to travel, but you must drive yourself, it is convenient, go to each shoppingmall, the restaurant is not far!

I’ve stayed at several different hotels in the area and I like this one for the price, ease of checking in, and the laundry machine available for use (free and new). The gym was empty every time I used it and the machines looked new as well as the TV (and the tv in my room). The downside was I found hair in one of the beds and I had to ask twice for the sheets to be replaced, the first time I was told they were changed but the hair was still there. It was pretty dim inside my room and some lights were out and apparently couldn’t be replaced? The breakfast is meh, just a continental breakfast with instant powder I guess. The fruit was not replenished when I was there. I was happy overall with my stay.

Don't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff.They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe
