Breakfast is not bad, breakfast in the United States is relatively simple, the breakfast of this hotel is quite complete in Western food, in addition to bread and other mashed potatoes with ham
I booked a King guest room on the first floor since I saw the good reviews on here. I was really disappointed. Nothing is free here. You pay for $12.00 p/day for parking, no free coffee or continental breakfast, which I knew, but I figured with the per night rate, and all the extra costs, I would be get a good clean comfortable room for my stay. Nope!! High price room for a bathroom that has bad lighting so if you try to put on your make-up good luck, not even a makeup mirror. Yellow'sh bathtub, mold spots on the shower tiles and curtain liner, which a curtain liner is $1.25 at the dollar tree so you would think it would get replaced. Not to mention I also picked up a few hairs from the shower before using it. NO microwave, the TV placement is off if you try watching TV from the bed, and little Kleenex in the box which emptied after a few uses. Overall, not worth it. I could only tolerate 2 nights. for my last night I went to another Hotel really close by which was great!! They have a FREE coffee station near the lobby area, great comfortable clean room, and bathroom with fantastic lighting and a makeup mirror! And a good size Microwave with all the other great amenities. Did I mention a FREE continental breakfast, ALL for a lower room rate. On a good note, the front desk was friendly.
I had a terrific experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga for the first time. The entire staff was kind and treated me terrifically. I’d like to recognize one staff member in particular, Rengie. She made my breakfast experience truly enjoyable with her hospitality, never letting my coffee get more than half empty, and I even caught her singing with her lovely voice while I was toasting a bagel. Great job to all at this Inn!

I stayed here once before, about 5 months ago… So, when visiting the area, I immediately selected this property again to stay at because I knew it would be a solid choice, and it was. The staff was friendly and efficient at checking me in. I requested a towel refresh after my first night and they brought me a bunch of towels, but didn’t take the used towels… not sure why, but at least I got new towels. The TV worked well, but the HVAC seemed to just constantly run and, though it cooled the room a little, it never got near the temp we selected, so it ran all the time and it’s too loud. Shower worked well and for the first time ever while staying in an Aloft, the hot water worked! I’ve stayed in many Aloft hotels and the hot water is always warm at best, including the last time I stayed here, but this time it worked like it should. I wish they’d fix the graffiti in the elevators and clean the place up a little. But overall, I’d return again.
The staff here are just the best. The breakfast staff, Marisol, Gavy and Mia were so welcoming and the breakfast and was fresh and tasty. The front desk staff, especially Brittany, are great. They would remember me and greet me each day by name. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and has a lot of nice amenities (pool, nice views) in a great location with lots of access to things in the area. Great stay and can’t say enough nice things about their staff!
The hotel is very quiet. There are hamburgers nearby, and there is also a target supermarket that can be reached by walking for more than ten minutes. More food to eat in a few minutes drive, park options
The cleaning aunt is very old, and the water in the pool is always cold, so warm water is recommended. The twin rooms are not particularly large and are quite satisfactory.
The breakfast was very rich and the waiters would fill up immediately. Self-service laundry, good
From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time. Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. She confirms to me that compensation will be gi
The place is new so it’s really clean. Ambiance is great. The room is pretty big, comes with a couch.
The location is great, near Victoria Gardens-outdoor mall. And lots of places to dine!
The only con: breakfast was not so great! There were a few choices to choose from only.
However, overall, a great place to stay! 4/5 for me!
