Best San Francisco Hotels

The hotel is very new and the layout is very innovative. The door card is a round wooden sign. Breakfast was very rich. You can see the bridge from the room. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even sent us to the car rental location for free on the last day.

There is a parking lot, but the surrounding environment is very general. The city of San Francisco is very general. Actually, I think it may be with an old name. There are a lot of tramps nearby. For safety reasons, it is recommended to go to la. Living better, playing is also, San Francisco Chinatown is very messy

Fun vintage hotel! Easy loading and convenient overnight pay parking lot

Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat. The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service. On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal. Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

Guests who like hotels with a sense of history will like this hotel very much: it is very story-telling, well-maintained, and the magnificence of a hundred years ago is still felt. It's a pity that the level of staff is low. When there is a problem with the room, they never want to solve it. They just call and say coldly: ”Just to let you know that you cannot get the refund anyway”.

It is obviously the style of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The room facilities are excellent, the service is very good, the restaurant is good, and the location is convenient. It's just that the surroundings are a bit noisy and the sleep is average.

It is a clear and tidy hotel with no doubt. However, some of its staff were extremely rude. I went down to ask them if the hotel offered turndown services. The man starred at me then asked, in a highly disrespectful tone, “what do you mean by a turndown service?” Completely shocked that I would encounter such a question at a Nikko hotel, I could not say a word for like ten seconds while that man continued starring at me. How can I reason his behavior if not an intentional embarrassment?

Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

Not really In a great location but everything else was fine. Great view of the city

The hotel was great in almost every aspect, it was nice that even though breakfast was not included they still offered coffee, pastries and fruits in the morning. The only downside was an amenities charge of 20 dollars that we were not aware of. Supposedly that for wifi when it said it was already included.
