CcryjackWe road trip Texas to California every year, and each time we complete the drive we refine it further. This clean and simple motel has become a regular stop for us either coming or going. It's easy to park right outside your room, there are multiple places for dogs to do their business, and the people who run the place are friendly. Dinner options in Santa Rosa are limited, so we always bring something with us to eat. Otherwise, this is a great stop and one of the cleanest BWs you'll find. We'll be back next year.
Rain at the front desk was the best! Very friendly and accommodating. She also had a good recommendation for some yummy food ! Room was super clean and the tv was a smart tv! 📺 I liked watching my own Netflix! I wish there was a large pet area around for the pups, but I’m being extra
Eenvy28This property is well taken care of. The parking lot looks like it was recently updated. The hotel building is very neat and clean as are the rooms. Check in was easy. The staff was extremely accommodating, they get A+++ for customer service. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard, it would be nice to add some orange juice for those of us who don’t drink coffee. This is a great option if you are driving on 40 and need a safe affordable place for the night. Additionally it’s across the street from Chico’s which had excellent Mexican food. I highly recommend this hotel.
The room was nice but I was disappointed when I came down stairs and the front desk person haven't even set up breakfast he was more concerne playing with his phone. Coffee wasn't even fresh.he said breakfast be set up in 45 minutes lot Customer was upset.
Adequate roadside motel. Paid around $90 for a place to crash for the night. Bed was clean and fresh. Floor was dirty when I used a wet white washcloth to wipe around. Wasn;t the worst I have ever seen, but still icky. The room was not updated at all, so not sure what the reviewers are saying about recently refurbished... from my perspective, it had not bee updated in 20 years and the room reflects it. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was crappy. THey had a waffle or pancake maker which I didn;t try though because I was in a little bit of a hurry. Just snack bars and I don;t remember any fruit. Coffee was toooo strong. Overall, I would have happily paid $50 or even $60 for this room, and it likely was that price just a couple of years ago... $90 was a little too much for that when you can get Holiday Inn Express for around $100 most places.
