Mmark eThe staff at the hotel did not attend to our needs and were rude! When we checked in, we were told the was no parking available for the night. We were there on a Saturday night, 7:30pm just 30 minutes before our dinner reservation at 8:00pm. Thats when we learned we would have to find a place to park on the street. GOOD LUCK! Or we could park at the local ramp for $10.00. Really? They have 40 parking spaces for the entire hotel! You pay $222 for one night and basic room with NO PARKING! When we asked to talk to the Manager, we were told we would need to talk to him in the morning. The next morning, we did talk to Isaac Pena, Front Office Manager. This conversation proved to be a complete waste of time as Issac did not care about our parking experience and did nothing to solve our concern after spending $222. We could care less about the $10.00 it was the fact that they have this as a company decision to tell the Guest at the time of check in they can spend their time to look for a spot on the street or pay someone else for the bad amenities the hotel is happy to make it your problem to find a spot for your car. So, for $10.00 we can BE UNHAPPY! There are 50 other places you can stay with parking provided right outside the front door in Davenport and without the bad management skills to deal with. As a Platinum Elite Member, YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE! Not even if the room was FREE, the staff and Managment there will not make your stay a nice experience. I will not go back! We will plan our next stay in Davenport at the BLACK HAWK HOTEL, spend the extra $30 to experience a real hotel where they care about your stay. Mark E- Galena, IL

My husband and I have small getaway trips. We came to try this hotel. The rooms are small and arranged differently than most hotel rooms. The bed lighting was fun. The TV was nice and large. It had HBO and worked great. There was a walk in glass shower with good water pressure. There was a bluetooth mirror (which we are still curious about). The pillows were fluffy and the bed and couch were comfortable. They send texts to check on the guests. We had only a few complaints. First, our bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. We responded to one of their texts and they offered to send someone up right away to clean it. Very nice gesture. There is no complimentary breakfast (which is mentioned in the hotel details). There, also, is no business center. They make sure to let guests know that there are no free items by placing signage on the tables. This is a no frill hotel so if you are expecting little perks, you will not find it here. The restaurant is a little pricey for breakfast and dinner. There were not many people taking advantage of the meals, either, so maybe we were not the only ones that thought it was a tad expensive. Lastly, the hotel is located next to several bars with outdoor seating. We stayed on a Friday night which was a mistake. We heard talking/yelling until 2:30 in the morning from the bar patrons that were seated outside. There was, also, loud motorcycles and cars showing off for the crowds. So, when you see other reviews stating the hotel has thin walls, it includes interior AND exterior. We could not even turn the AC fan on high to drown out the noise. The customer service of this hotel made up for most of the bad....the loudness of the people at the bar, though, was horrible. This is really not the fault of the hotel, so I cannot necessarily blame them for this. Just beware if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

GGuest UserVery elegant downtown hotel located next door to the theater we came to enjoy a musical for our date night. Very clean and comfortable, staff was great, very friendly, restaurant looked wonderful but we didn’t have time to enjoy... would highly recommend to everyone.

LLadyleprecanLove this place we stayed on the 3rd floor no problems room was very ean bed was just a little to firm for my back I had 4 pillows 2 soft 2 firm pillow cases said firm and soft kinda cool. Never again will I bring my pillow from home no need breakfast was great fresh apples, bananas. Biscuits and sausage gravy, two kind of omelets, pork sausage , cinnamon rolls milk cold cereal , 3 kinds of juice. Oatmeal pancake machine was out of order,😞. Breakfast was always great. The pool felt so good jacuzzi felt so good pool and Jacuzzi we're both so clean and they provide towels at the pool also.

RrlfmanRoom was very clean and the shower was a tub shower that needed hand hold bars. Bath was large and well lighted. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub in the center of the building. Breakfast was in the attached restaurant. Parking was just outside of the building. WE had inside entry to our room

BBhapleStaff is nice and attentive. There was a patron that thought it was ok to take their dog in the sauna and we were unable to use the sauna or pool because no one cleaned the room or shut it down after. Our allergies plus the dirtiness of an animal took away from our experience.

GGuest UserOnly if the bathroom was cleaner it would've been a better review. The front desk personnel was very helpful and was very very friendly. If I need to go back to Davenport I would stay here again. Mostly allowing our dog to come with us.
