The check-in was fast and pleasant. The attendant even asked for my room preference and made suggestions. We were provided a list of the eateries in the area, which was very convenient. A nice hot shower would've been great after hitting the slopes. I'm not sure what the issue was, I was too tired to complain and seek resolution. We always stay at HIE in Allentown, PA and Charlotte NC. This HIE in Allentown is great. The front desk is the best I have ever encountered. Felicia (?) she is always there, bent over backwards to accomodate us regarding a request we made. She is always pleasant and professional. The rooms were immaculate as always. Breakfast has many choices. Great Coffee. Will stay again!

The friendliest staff of any Holiday Inn Express I have visited. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone was very accommodating during my stay. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping services were exceptional and everyone was very friendly. The internet was excellent and worked without any interruptions . Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful facility, full size fridge, stovetop built into counter & microwave!! The room clean & the facility has laundry room on-site. The location wasnt far from the mall, Lehigh Valley Mall, Wegmans isn't far, we really enjoyed our stay!! Only CON....3 devices MAX can use WiFi😬😬, even if you choose to pay, which I was open to, 3 DEVICES MAX🤔🤔
