I would like to send a shout out to the bartender Ashly at this residence inn that girl is the absolute best mixologist I have ever seen!! Her drinks were always good and she went out of her way to make the drinks that I like, she ever brings her own big ice cubes for my favorite old fashion š„
The first thing was they charged me twice for my whole 14 day stay. I had to catch it to get them to refund me. The room smelt like old run down place. There was a stain on the bed, looked like boogers on the wall, and the bottom of the bed looked like white cum stains. It was disgusting. It was supposed to be all included, but night off I called down to ask where all the pots and pans were and they said it wasn't ready or clearn and they would bring it up the next morning. I had to reach out to them personally to get it delivered. I was working from the hotel, and one day I heard a guy right outside of my room sounding like he was pacing the hallway screaming ā the next person that walks up this stair is going to get their neck cutā. It felt so unsafe. I checked out 3 days early and cut my trip short. It was too much. I don't recommend this place at all. It seemed like very sketchy people were staying there too.
The stay was great - I even extended my stay - but on my last night, my neighbor traveler went bonkers. There was screaming. Yelling. Cussing - all kinds of drama. The management called the local sheriff department and the issue was eventually solved. It was not entertaining. It was scary. Talk about a pleasant stay going sideways...YIKES!!
Originally, I was very happy with my stay ā the room was very clean and modern; no complaints in that regard. Great complimentary breakfast. They even had a super cute station for pets with water bowls, photos, bags, etc that I had taken a photo of to send my brother, who was staying at my house watching my two dogsāthis is an important detail when it comes to my complaint. So, about that complaint. It comes after the stay where the staff member Jordan added a fictitious $50 pet charge to my stay. I called and spoke to the supervisor named Gabby (the individual who had originally checked me in) who stated that this particular staff member noted that they saw me with a pet upon checkout (absolutely not true!) and added the charge to my bill. I requested that they check their security footage because there is no possible way that I had a pet with me and this is an error. I had ONE suitcase with me that was carry-on sized and literally have proof from Instagram chats and stories with my brother that my dogs were at my house, 3 hours away. A simple peek at their security footage would clearly show them that I did not have a dog with me! She was not inclined to help rectify this error, so I've since contacted Hilton, who has now opened up an investigation and has refunded me these charges. Just a head's up to anyone who has stayed here or is planning on staying here ā check your receipt that is emailed to you a couple of days AFTER checkout! Either they made an honest mistake and mixed me up with another guest, or they have a very dishonest employee that simply added a bogus charge to my bill. Regardless, the location was not willing to look into it after I caught it, and corporate is now aware. BEWARE!
This hotel is great! clean! Breakfast is also good! Double bed 1.2 meters! There are refrigerators and microwave ovens! There is a swimming pool (there is a very hot pool)! The mountain can be seen from the room!
Hotel was almost PERFECT! great food places around, near six flags, and right off the freeway. Clean room and beautiful bathroom. Only thing about our visit was the AC, it didnāt seem to cool off more than a certain temperature. Thankfully there was a fan in the room. The room felt a bit stuffy but other than that it was a great stay.
1. The breakfast is delicious and rich, and the coffee you make yourself is delicious!
2. The laundry room is very convenient. There are a lot of machines, suitable for people who are on a road-trip to do laundry in the middle
3. The hotel also has a swimming pool!
4. It's right next to Six Flags. I suffered from heat stroke. I went back to the hotel and took a nap to continue playing. It's only five minutes by car.
5. There is also Walmart McDonald's next to it! is a good neighbor hood
6. The rooms and hotel are very new! The beds are very comfortable! Had a great nights sleep! The kitchen is also huge, as well as the living room!
It's very close to Six Flags, the hotel is very clean, and it's nice that there are many restaurants nearby that can be ordered through DoorDash! I didn't eat breakfast, but watching people eat it, it looked quite delicious and was being used a lot. (This is a Hook burger delivered through Door Dash.)
The hotel was not great. First, the PROS: 1. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. 3. Room was spacious, but a little old and outdated (we were fine with that). 4. Adequate free parking. Now for the CONS: 1. Our room was never made/cleaned by housekeeping while we were there EXCEPT for when they showed up on our LAST MORNING at 8:30 AM in the morning knocking on our door for housekeeping services. My husband woke up and told them no because our children were still asleep. While we were there we even placed the doortag saying that we wanted our room cleaned, but we did not receive any housekeeping services. 2. Our toilet was extremely low flow.... even after a pee, you have to flush it 5 to 7 times in order to get rid of the āyellowā color. Imagine how many times we had to flush after going #2.... yikes. My husband got frustrated and decided to go use the downstairs bathroom in the lobby, but BOTH bathrooms were clogged as well... 3. We got to the breakfast area about 45 minutes before it closed and they were all out of the main breakfast items (eggs, sausage... etc)... except for cereal, waffles and yogurt.

DDashiellQuiet, clean, comfortable with a sofa and desk - all necessities close by in the room and an ice machine right down the hall. Will book again.
