Great location for boating/fishing. Just minutes from Barn island boat launch. The road to the launch is narrow, but, it's handicap accessible! Our room was clean, and everything worked fine. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, but, there's plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is somewhat outdated, but,as mentioned clean room , soft beds, with access to the nearby boat launch that gives you access to Fisher's island, Watch Hill, Block island, etc. We're getting ready to book a week there soon ! The owner is pleasant and very accommodating . If you're standards are not too high, I recommend that you try it out! They have the best rates in the area too!

Great location! Almost directly across the street from Mystic Aquarium. We walked across the street to the Olde Mistick Village. So convenient! Short drive (1.5 miles) to the Mystic Seaport museum, Sea View Snack bar or downtown Mystic. Jake at the front desk was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Clean hotel. Small pool area. Very good free hot breakfast buffet. Omelettes, pancakes etc….EV chargers conveniently located at Starbucks right next door connected via parking lot. Would definitely recommend.

The Hyatt Mystic is two minutes from the Aquarium and Olde Mystick Village, which houses nice shops and great restaurants. It is on the main road and easy access from the highway. The hotel rooms are large , well appointed and clean. The Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The pool is heated and clean. Overall a good place to stay for vacation or business.

I was very pleased with my stay. Came here alone to focus on work (inspired by the low winter rates.) Great fit bc my room was clean, nicely furnished, updated bathroom and, not least, a desk, small fridge, and microwave. Skeleton staff but friendly (hotel was not busy). Breakfast thumbs up as well w coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, meat, cereal, yogurt, pastry, bagel, waffle maker. 24 hr fitness center but older equipment. I saw rooms being worked on/updated during my three-night stay. I'll be back. P.S. I think the longest hotel corridor in the state may be right here lol.

My buddy and I stayed for a week. We wanted to go fishing offshore, and the location is great for access to a number of different boat launches. There's no room service, but they do have a take out window at the restaurant. The food is acceptable, and is best for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the microwave, and fridge worked fine, but they turn down the fridge to it's lowest setting (warm), they also remove the control knob so you can't make it any cooler. Without calling the front desk. You're in a high tourist area, with lots of restaurants, and fast food. I would stay there again, because I like the Eggs Benedict. Lastly, be careful who you book your room thru, so you don't have problems with third party bookings. Be sure to confirm your room after booking or paying for your room in advance of your stay! Located directly across from Mystic Village! Good luck on your vacation!
