Was there for 40th high school reunion .. Hubert Lester .. Kim and Hyorim were excellent representation for your hotel I am local and will continue to come back . Shout out to Hilton. I was given name of General manager and will also send an email Amy hiccups were taken care of in a timely manner
It was difficult to check in after arriving at the hotel. The manager finally confirmed it, saying that he couldn't find it when I inquired with the confirmation number and my name I reserved. A hotel employee said, ”This happens a lot,” and asked me to make another hotel reservation site in the future.
However, when I reached the hotel, they charged me again at the hotel on my card. After asking the people at the front desk, they said that the charge on my card was pending and would disappear overtime. Even so, today I realized that the money was deducted from my card.
It is said that the amount approved by the hotel will be refunded in five days, but I am angry because this is the first time.
It was a little confusing at first because Homewood suites and Hampton inn was listed at the same property. But we are glad that we chose Hampton as it was cheaper but also shared the same amenities. The rate was decent and for the quality. It was a little bit out of the way to get to the city but the bus was accessible and it's supposed to only take about 30 minutes or so to get to the city.

hotel was in a very good location . Room and bathroom was clean, bed and sheets and comforter was very comfortable. Room was exactly it showed in the internet . hotels reception was very welcoming. lot of food places was open until late night also and NY city was only 40 minutes drive from there.
While we enjoyed our stay there are some things we feel the hotel could do to take things to a higher level. Try the following and remember these are just observations after staying here: 1. Update the rooms a little and for heavens sake put lightbulbs in all the lights in the room. We asked the cleaning crew for a lightbulb and we were told you had to go to the front desk to get one. Uhh...No! That’s not what a guest does that’s what the staff does. 2. How about complimentary coffee throughout the day. Taking up the free coffee at 9am and then charging $3 for a small styrofoam cup just doesn’t cut it in today’s marketplace. 3. We used the shuttle to midtown New York and the driver told us if we needed to return earlier to call and they would change our time. However when you do call to return earlier they act like they have no clue what your talking about. This is an easy one, pick a policy and go with it. Again just some thoughts guys that’s all. Other than these things not that bad of an experience.
Great service at the reception desk. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very good for grab n go. Close to NYC. Best Western is right off the highway. If you need anything at all just call the front desk. LOVE THE HOTEL.
Perfect place to stay if you want to visit NY. The room was clean, the bed was confortable and the AC worked well. Since it was 100 degrees, the Ac was a must. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work but coffee was complementary at the lobby in the morning. Breakfast was 10$ per person. The bus stop is literally in the hotel parking lot which is even more awesome! It will cost 4.50$ per person( exact cash) and the bus will take you to Port Authority.(Times Square). The only thing is that the first bus in the morning is at 9:30 on weekdays. So if you want to be in town early, it might not be the best place to stay. For us it was okay. We didn’t mind since we were back at the hotel around midnight. Even better, the bus driver will drop you off at the same bus stop ( hotel parking lot)late at night when you come back from town. Since the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with offices it is safe to get back to the hotel late at night. Make sure you ask the front desk clerk to print you out a bus schedule for all the details. You also need to know that the bus is the 167Q. Not the 167T. And when you buy your ticket at the terminal to come back at the hotel, select zone 3. And don’t be late. The buses at the terminal are on time and will not wait and extra minute at the door. We were there for 3 nights and took the bus at door 326. The ride is about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. For us, it was the perfect place to stay because we didn’t want to use our car. One thing we should have done though is to buy the 7day metro card for 34$.( we took single rides) This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city so do not hesitate to buy this card. Si je retourne à NY, c’est certain que je retourne à cet hôtel parce que c’est propre, pas cher et parfait pour aller visiter NY en toute sécurité.
Too noisy, under the highway overpass, it's very noisy all day long. Not recommended. The road behind is impossible to go up. It looks like you can go through the back on Google Maps, but in fact there is a big drop. After staying for 5 days, I decisively changed hotels.
Parking is easy. The room was so so. The sound insulation is not very good. The waiter was not very attentive. I happened to meet some black people and felt a bit dangerous. The upper bridge is relatively close.
Not a recommended place to stay in New York, when what you really want is to take advantage of the city by sightseeing in most of its mythical neighborhoods. It is one hour by BUS both to go to Manhatan and to return, plus it costs $10 a day per person since the MetroCard is not valid. It is the typical roadside Motel where people go for a couple of hours for sexual physical relief. And, furthermore, the people who stay at the Motel are not at all recommendable. Cleanliness shines, but by its absence. We were able to experience it first hand, finding a dead mouse on the carpet, sheets with a not very pleasant smell and a closed ventilation. I would never stay here again and if someone had told me as I am saying in this comment, I would never have even considered it as an option. What you save on the one hand, you lose in travel time, transportation money and comfort. You still have time not to select this accommodation, run away, don't look back.
