GGuest UserDue to the change of the itinerary, 10/17 will be notified in advance to check out at 10/18, 10/22 for a refund. I don't know what went wrong, I have been pretending to be deaf and dumb, the hotel will not reply, and the refund has been dragged. Repeated deductions occurred in another room. Full prepaid at the time of booking, and continued to debit credit card consumption usd700 on the spot. Coordinated to say that 36 days were returned, and now I have waited 36 days to make plans. The other invoice for dinner in the hotel was also not received for many days. In short, all this experience is very bad.

DdelbertWe stayed here for a week and we had very comfortable stay throughout the week. Room is spacious and comfortable with a small pantry provided in room, a small living room, modern bathroom and very comfortable bedding. We didn’t take the complimentary breakfast every morning after trying once. There were sausages, eggs, waffles, breads, fruits and juices. I really like the round the clock drink station for the guests convenience. Finally the toiletries provided smelled so good and of good quality. I would happily return to this hotel.

CCortMThe hotel was decent, parking is $10, the beds kept sliding out of place when sitting on them also the lady at the front desk that helped me check in was not very friendly… The complimentary breakfast is not bad.

PPEIRANThis hotel is in a good location, only seven or eight hundred meters away from Washington Square, but there is a train road next to it, the noise is quite big, it will be slightly better at night, there is no breakfast, only a cafe bar sells some snacks

GGuest UserRoom is spacious and clean. Front desk staff, Elizabeth, who is also Assistant GM, is very helpful and super kind. She tries to accommodate all our requests.
Location is nice, near shopping center.
Breakfast is very nice - per order at Bistro and not buffet style.

Curtains would not close all the way. Bathroom exhaust fan and one bathroom light fixture did not work at all. Notified management about these upon checkout and they seemed responsive.

TTresa Latham-ScottAsked if we could check out late (2 instead of 12) was told that 2 is the latest we could stay which was great. Next day we were called and asked if we still wanted a late checkout and I said yes, then I was told about a $25 fee. I was NOT told about the fee the night before. I didn't mind paying it, but I do believe I should have been told as soon as I asked. There was water draining from under the building into the parking structure. The other guests are very easy to hear while going through the hallway and very loud. Was a very convenient location, clean room and smelled very fresh.

NNatalieMy visit this time was tad different. The heater didn't warm the room all the way, but I understand they had a slight power outage, with storm. I love how clean and lots of wash clothes were available to use! Thank you so much for your kindness and having a last minute room open. God bless
