Excellent
GGuest UserWe stayed here overnight only as we were on a long road trip. The hotel is connected on either side to Circus, Circus and Eldorado so it was almost like one continuous gaming floor. The rooms were a good size and provided a nice view of Reno and the mountains beyond. The whole place was clean. One comment - we arrived at 2.30pm (check-in is from 3pm). The reception had 3 staff sitting around but they wanted $25 each room for early check-in. Of course for the sake of 30 minutes we decided to wait. When 3pm came, there were about 20 people all trying to check-in at the same time - but only 2 reception staff available. Surely a small amount of leeway on timing would be common sense! Otherwise we enjoyed the free parking and the vibe of the hotel. The drinks on the ****** floor however were shockingly expensive (over $20 for a single Captain Morgan’s and Coke before tip).
ZZhihuaThe hotel is in a good location, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. When I checked in that day, there were still food crumbs on the chair, and there was a towel that looked used and not folded neatly on the washstand.

OOn The Road AgainThey will add a $40+ casino fee when you check in. I’m not sure if that is per day or not as I only stayed one night. Everything was quite good there but gone are the days of valet car service. Room was standard with no complaints other than only two for the five lights in the bathroom worked. Casino was surprisingly up to date with many nice dining options. Loved the Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chip shop ($18 for three cod pieces with chips).

GGuest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

I stayed a Sat/Sun visit for biz and solo, and it was literally perfect from the start. I sent them a chat via the Marriott app, and ended up communicating with Sheryl, the actual GM (Boss Lady) of the entire property - and she completely hooked me up, when she had no obligation to. I met Amelia and Melinda upon check-in, both very nice yet professional. They both did me a second favor, by letting me check in early; and as I wanted to wash my clothes in their Guest Laundry, that was huge to me. And this was great first impression altogether, first-class customer service (and why I always trust a Marriott property). Speaking of guest laundry, they knew I was needing it, so ended up putting my room just steps away from their Laundry Room (thank you!!), and their laundry facility was clean and secure and washer/dryer knocked it out. Did 2 loads, so convenient and 1000% better than some laundromat. My room was one of nicest I’ve stayed in, in all my travels. Chargers outlets fridge big closet comfy bed awesome fully-stocked clean big bathroom. That night I ended up talking to Allen at their FD, and another great, professional, nice guy. Without a doubt, my fave thing about this hotel, is their staff. Absolutely I will be back, and I highly recommend whenever you’re in the area. BTW there’s all kinds of cool places all around and within 10-minute drives.
EExpatI have stayed here before, and it is convenient based on where my son lives. For food, I suggest Rosie’s in the ****** or across the street to Chuy’s Mexican and Great Basin Brewery. The pool and gym are nice with views. I stayed on the side of the train yard this time, which was pretty cool (not disruptive). Hanging out in the lobby is fine if not ********. Seems many regulars go here. So many summer events on the schedule nearby. Attended the Dragon Lights near UNR (really pretty park), and explored the Wild Waterpark. Uber was easy, but convenirnce stores require a ride. Very scenic drive to Virginia City. Thx for upgrade.

GGuest UserSpacious, quiet room although some of the furniture was showing a bit of wear. Suite includes a separate bedroom and eating / living area. Good for entertaining guests (maybe another couple or two, possibly three). Kitchen area is small but satisfactory. No microwave but a decent sized mini refrigerator and in room icemaker. No dishes, utensils, paper towels, etc. are provided so plan to bring your own if you intend to serve food and would like to do a bit of cleanup. We went at a busy time and reported a problem with our in room safe upon arrival (likely a failed battery). After waiting 1.5 hours and calling three times, we finally gave up. It was not fixed during our stay. When we checked out, the front desk seem to have no record of it although we had called the front desk on the first night to report the problem with the safe as well as a problem with a missing knob on a dresser. Oh well… FYI, the room contains very little natural light. There is no window in the living area, and the master bedroom has only a very small window high at top. We used the many recessed lights and lamps.

SStevenBooo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.
CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
