The hotel is in the new city, but it is only 3km away from the old city. There is a shopping center next to it, there is a big supermarket inside, and there is a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite big and clean, that is, the mattress is hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
Booked for her tourist, recalling from her:
A good hotel that is on the outskirts of the old city. In a pedestrian access, all the sights as well as restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is comfortable, windows go out into the inner courtyard. The atmosphere is east , feels homely hospitality. The Internet works well. Be prepared to have family members and will be home at different ages in all hotels of this type in Uzbekistan. The staff works coherently, all questions try to answer and solve problems as they arise.

The hotel is very close to sightseeing spots and travel is very convenient. It was a bit troublesome to take a taxi to the hotel, because the car could not drive in, and it took a long distance to take the hand luggage. It's too bad early 👎.

This hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, ten minutes to 15 minutes to walk. The positioning of the hotel is correct, and the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very good, very clean and relatively large. It is also a middle and upper level in the local area. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, there is a large living room that can also change money, and the exchange rate is not bad. The service staff is very warm, especially the elderly couple is very friendly to us. English is also good. You can see the photos in the room.
About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
Can communicate in English. Cleaning is timely. Breakfast is rich. The boss is good. The location is very good, in the core area of the ancient city.

BBeijingtupangziThe location is okay. It is located in a small alley lined with many B&Bs and hotels in the old city. It is about a five-minute walk from the pond in the center of the old city. It’s not too far to go to any of the castles.
The facilities are decent. I live in a sunken underground courtyard, which is very quiet and has a good environment. There are also first and second floors. The room facilities are mediocre. It can only be said that they are similar to Chinese Home Inns or Hanting Hotels. They are the facilities of a budget hotel. Moreover, the flow of water from the nozzles is not large. I can only say that the facilities are so-so, so I will make do with it.
The breakfast has no special features. Like other hotels along the way, there are just a few things, and few are suitable for Chinese stomachs, so it is difficult to comment.
The service is pretty good, all questions are answered, the front desk speaks English fluently, and communication is basically barrier-free. However, when the disposable dental appliances were used up, they were not replaced and they had to go to the front desk to get them.
There are several people named minzifa. When taking a taxi, you will encounter minzifa travel first, and then hotel minzifa. Don’t make a mistake.
YYulia_ChComfortable new hotel inside the old town (10-15 minutes walk through authentic Bukhara streets). Breakfast is basic, but everything one needs with great views to the old city. Everyone is very welcoming.
YYThis is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.
GGuest UserDon't book, we set two rooms, the store owner gave a room, the other room was changed to a local hotel, much worse, will not make up the difference; the next day at the front desk found that the boss used the same excuse to deal with other scheduled passengers, even the words are the same; Obviously this is the boss's routine, so it is very dishonest, Trip.com should cancel the cooperation with the merchant
MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.
AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect for sightseeing in the old town. However, the service was expensive, and I was worried about the details such as the poor flow of water in the toilet, the lack of toothbrushes and tissues. The young receptionist was good in English and correspondence, but when I asked the large old receptionist for a taxi, I was refused with a smile saying that I should catch it on the street. It's a pity that breakfast was good.
KKhawagaThere will be emotions here, extremely positive ones!🤗
An amazing hotel, I would venture to say that it is one of the best in Bukhara. Stylish, fresh, modern, with a cool design outside of the tourist cliches.
I liked everything (98% :) - glass elevators, a wonderful view of the park from the balcony, I always wanted to take pictures in the lobby)).
The attitude of the staff is also at the highest level. We arrived early and the reception was accommodating, organizing early check-in without additional payment, thanks to which we did not have to wait until check-in time and we were able to relax after the trip.
Breakfast, oh my God, a million options to eat, for every, most picky taste!
Our only regret was that we only had one night at the hotel.
I strongly recommend and recommend, the Wyndham Bukhara hotel fully lives up to the famous name of this brand.
The room could have been more spacious, but this is nitpicking)).
YYamiLittle budget hotel next to their main Boutique Hotel, in which you have to make the check-in (it was not very clear) and where the breakfast will be served.
Uzbek traditionally adorned rooms.
The breakfast was a bit poor, but the room itself was really nice.
Location was good, inside the “old city”, just 3-4 minutes walk to Lyabi-khause square.
The staff were really friendly and helpful :)
The average price for hotels in Bukhara is AED 226 on weekdays, and AED 224 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
