It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us.

My trip lasted 2 days but I had an unforgettable trip. I am very impressed with Felicia, Lucy, Kelmy for their good service. Felicia has supported us so much during my time here. Thank you very much and I plan to come back in the near future. Oh, the shuttle service is also very convenient and helpful. What a wonderful experience!

It was so clean and the service was good! The staff were friendly and nice !! Especially so ny was the best! The best advantage is that you can solve everything in the resort! The facilities were so clean and clean ㅎㅎ Even if I didn't ask for it, the staff took care of what I needed and healed so comfortably. The swimming pool was so good and it was nice to be able to do a spa !! It was the best hostel I stayed in Vietnam! I would recommend it to those who want to relax comfortably ~~

Our family consists of two couples and 05 children. The first feeling when coming here is the fresh air, spacious reception space and enthusiastic staff, along with soft drinks and towels. Fully furnished bedrooms, large rooms for large families; all rooms have a panoramic view of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is large and there is a pool specifically for children. The evening space is really cozy. and romantic with a dining table set up near the swimming pool. From the hotel you will go to My Son Sanctuary - World Cultural Heritage with about 3km.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent 8 nights with Ly and her beautiful family at this homestay during the Tết celebrations. I echo other reviews in saying this will be the best hostel/homestay you'll find. At Terracotta, you'll discover fantastic accommodation, beautiful service, great breakfasts, a delightful (and convenient) food menu, and the most welcoming and kind family. The homestay is a 10-minute bicycle ride to the Old Town. Rooms are immaculately clean and modern; the wifi is fast and reliable; laundry services are provided in-house with a quick turnaround. I felt so welcomed and cared for at Ly's homestay and will certainly return in the future.

Hoi An Reverie Villa is a bit far from the city center (8 min by bike) but quiet, spacious and clean room. Bike loan. Nice maintained swimming pool with deckchair. Rather diverse Vietnamese buffet breakfast. The staff are really lovely and accommodating. Free airport shuttle!

I've never left a hotel early before, but there's a first time for everything. This hotel is simply not as advertised. The photos used to advertise it are misrepresentative and I have no idea why it receives so many positive reviews (presumably because the owners are running it themselves and trying their best, but this is irrelevant if they cannot actually provide the service you have paid for). For what it's worth, a brief list of the issues we encountered (and see images): - nobody at reception upon arrival - dirty areas in the room - gym absolutely unusable (2 broken treadmills, rusty weights, filthy dirty room) - breakfast severely lacking in options (not like the images, but did have ants on the bread) - no furniture on our balcony (was told it was due to bad weather but others had theirs, said it would be put there next day, it wasn't) - safe didn't unlock, alarm went off (on second time of asking was handed an actual master key to fix it ourselves) When we decided to leave early (2 nights into a 5-night stay), we paid in full. It was our decision to leave early. The owner then proceeded to mark us a ”No Show” meaning that a) Booking would then charge us for the payment in full, and b) not credit us for having stayed at the property. (2 months later this still hasn't been resolved). To add to the facade, the owner didn't provide a receipt when we left and paid in full (another broken machine, apparently). We had to chase this after to prove we had paid in full and in order to avoid being charged twice for the property wrongly marking us as a no show. In all, this is not a place to stay, there are far, far nicer properties in Hoi An (more centrally located). Do yourself a favour and avoid.
