My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

Ordinary hotel, but it is already good in Vietnam, business trip is very suitable for short stay, has been stayed many times, it is recommended

1. The front desk who checked in did not understand Chinese at all, nor did he speak English. It took a long time to check in, and the experience was not good. 2. Single room facilities are okay 3. The shower partition is too small, especially in the standard double room, and you can’t turn around. 4. There are too few sockets in all rooms and their locations are not reasonable. 5. Breakfast is okay Overall feeling is average

Every time I travel, I live in this hotel, and the most important thing is that it is close to the company. I booked a suite with a living room, which is a good choice in Haiyang, Vietnam. The basic facilities of the hotel are also complete. There is a Japanese restaurant outside the hotel and the taste is not bad.

Nam Cuong Hotel - Hai Duong is very beautiful and convenient for all subjects. The hotel room is a bit old but very clean, the staff is professional, the campus is extremely spacious. I really liked the clean room and full facilities before we checked-in. Clean, neat and beautiful fabrics. Food and service are very professional. Staff and management take care of guests very carefully and especially knowledgeable about food and drinks. We really enjoyed your ”1” drinks on Skybar. The spa is also great. The hotel is quite easy to find, in the center so it is convenient to travel, near the industrial park. The room is clean, luxurious, fully equipped, breakfast is served in the room. The two receptionists are enthusiastic and cheerful! The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. The room price is reasonable so I will come back and stay longer on my next business trip!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Room had everything. Clean, quiet, smells nice in the room &Hotel. The location is also very nice - close to the main road. Minus is they don't speak English and the breakfast is very basic (they don't have any option you just get some soup and fruit)

The sanitation of the hotel is relatively poor. It is about one kilometer away from the city. There are one or two places to eat. It is a place for temporary accommodation. It takes a while to take a car.
