We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

The hotel is located in the center of Hai Phong city, covenient for travelling around. Customer service is very nice and friendly. The TV automatically turns on when I come back feels interesting. There is a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel. Also it is suitable for business trip!!

Basically, the room facilities are relatively simple, but there are Chinese front desk staff, and it is very convenient to exchange local currency.

Excellent facilities and amenities. You could not find any better options in Hai Phong City with only $45 per night included with: Continental Buffet Breakfast, free access to Gym, Pool, Sauna. The location is a bit far from the City Centre (crossing the Bridge to Lach Tray Street and 10 minutes on cab to the City Opera House). The room was perfect and well equipped with all needed amenities. One thing to recommend the Property is provide some more kitchen tools as you already provide kitchen corner.

Real feedback, the newly built resort is very beautiful, and the service staff are very polite and enthusiastic, but one thing completely ruined the good mood! We booked two rooms. In the room where my family stayed, we had dinner in the hotel and went back to the room to take a shower. While taking a shower, I suddenly heard the sound of something falling in the room. I quickly came out to take a look. The entire curtains and even the sticks fell down because My family had some difficulty with their legs and feet, so they called me right away. My friend and I went to the room to check on the situation and called the hotel to send someone to repair it. When the people from the maintenance department came in, they didn't show any concern and asked if anyone was injured. They just asked if we had pulled down the curtains with too much force. They were speechless! After the repair, no one came to clean the dusty room, and there was no apology 😥 I reported the situation to Ctrip, and the customer service quickly responded and went to investigate with the agent. I just want to say that such employees without service awareness will ruin the image of the entire hotel. Safety risks are also a factor in choosing a hotel. I hope the platform will pay attention to it and pay attention to the follow-up results.

The location is a bit biased, but it is very close to the airport. If there is no problem with local traffic, it is a good choice (the hotel has motorcycle rental, 130, 000D a day) The staff is also very good. Clean and tidy, with living room kitchen washing machine. Suitable for short-term business living.

We were really happy with the hotel, the room and the service! The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …) The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble. The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks! Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful. The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off.

Especially, there is an outdoor Onsen bath service (but still ensures privacy) for guests staying here, free of charge. - Clean rooms. - The hotel focuses on Japanese and Korean people, so the breakfast also has many dishes based on the tastes of those two countries. Minus point: quite far from the center of Hai Phong City, taking a taxi from the hotel to the Opera House is about 15 - 20 minutes. In addition, the hotel should note with the address information: ”near Lach Tray Street” or ”Ho Cay Na” so that drivers can quickly find the location. Because in my 2 trips, both people were mistakenly taken to another location.

I've booked into the homestay hopeful for some quite time away from the crowded city and influx of tourists over the weekend. Definitely worth it now. The owner makes sure that what ever you need he gets for you. The view is beautiful, the food amazing. I would definitely highly recommend the Green Homestay for a quite time in the mountains. Rent a bike and explore the surrounding mountains and ocean views. Sitting on the porch with sunset overlooking the garden seeing the animals come to life after a long hot day is worth it.
