"Good hotel for a low price, very nice view of the mountains on the high floor. There is a small pool on the roof, there should have been a sauna, but in fact there is none, all sorts of junk is stored there. The room is excellent, cozy! Of the minuses, the furniture is quite dirty (the chair is all stained), the service is very weak, they did not help with lifting the suitcases to the room, no one meets you at the entrance, a girl sits at the reception and diligently pretends that you are not there :) someone wrote about good breakfasts, I do not know what is good about them, fried Vietnamese-Korean food, from what you can eat in the morning it is cereal with milk and scrambled eggs and fruit, that's all, it is extremely difficult to eat such a breakfast for more than a couple of days, but if for a day then it is quite good. I stayed in this hotel only because of the overstay while waiting for my apartment in the residential complex Scania, which is nearby, to become available. "The location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect. Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always. Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay. Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish. Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room….. Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang."

Breakfast is minimal for this price it is good. Staff also nice. Room is new. It is a small hotel in small alley that serve you as a standard you need for B&B. 0"

"Excellent hotel. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their excellent work. Everyone is very friendly, the food is delicious, everything works, the reception is open 24 hours, smoking is prohibited in the hotel - this is a big plus. But at the entrance there is a very convenient place for those who smoke, also excellent rooms with a balcony: the room is large, the linen is snow-white. "Room was very spacious with comfortable bed and perfect wi-fi. Bathroom was also big, but with mould on the ceiling and leaking shower. ”View to the city” was actually the view to the wall of the opposite building through very dirty window. Fridge is really weak, even on the maximum level it just cools a little bit, not freezes. Nearby the hotel there are private houses that have noisy roosters which were screaming all day long since the early morning, so I couldn't sleep well. Also the cleaning staff was knocking on the door even with ”do not disturb” sign"
