We had the oportunity to stay at this hotel, we wanted a one night stay because the kids wanted to go to the pool (Temperature in juarez that day was about 100 F). First let me start by saying that the architecture and the Gardens are AWESOME.. it´s the kind of "Mexican Hotel" you want to stay in. The pool´s are great, the water temperature was just right, not too cold not too warm. The "suites" are divided into buildings named after some Mexican States, we stayed in the Chihuahua building. The suite is divided in two rooms and an entrance. he main room is big, i mean BIG, it has a flat screen 32 inch TV with great channels(Disney, NFL, discovery, movie channels, etc); the bathroom is also huge with a jacuzzi for 2 - 3 adults, separate showers and something not usually found in hotels: a bidet. The second room´s a regular sized room with two beds a separate normally sized restroom. A definite PLUS for traveling with children is that you have a mini fridge and microwave oven in the entrance. Theres also a great restaurant in the premises with a breackfast buffet that has a huge selection for everyone.

i stayed there with family during Christmas and room were not fancy but clean and comfortable and excellent location close to many things in Juarez. Free breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly.

Avoid the place like the plague. We We're here for wedding reunion. A/C did not work, tv did not work, no iron or board. Hair dryer also did not work. Top of all that we used the towels for the pool, so called for new towels, could not deliver cause no maid service. Really? Plan on getting a credit back on my cc.

Horrible experience. When we first got there we had to wait for them to make arrangements to get us a room even though we booked one a week prior to our arrival date. When they finally gave us a room, it was right in front of the pool, the music was loud and the people were very disrespectful. We had other guests sitting at our doorstep, playing their music there, we politely asked them to turn down the music but they refused. We went to the lobby to try to change rooms but they denied my request and said they would tell the people outside my room to be quiet. When we finally got set in the room we realized the A/C was not working and it's the middle of July so I called the lobby so they could send someone to fix it. Long story short, it took me two hours to get someone to fix the A/C and the people outside my room didn't turn off the music til the pool closed and then started again the next morning. Definitely not the most pleasant place to stay at.

Ya habia ido en otras ocasiones hace timpo a este hotel y era bueno. En esta ocasion Rente una habitacion doble normal para 2 noches , al llegar se veia muy deteriorada, no nos gusto nada, fui a recepcion con la idea que me cambiaran y para asegurarme que obtenia una mejor calidad se me ocurrio rentar una suite (precio aprox por noche de 100dlls), 2 recamaras 2 baños y sala cocina, gran error!!!, primero no me querian cambiar, a pesar que pensaba obviamente pagarles mas por el cambio, cuando ya llegamos a la suite, la triste realidad, estaba igual o pero de vieja, la puerta no cerraba bien, sucio, los mosquiteros de las ventanas estaban rotos y esto lo comprobe al tener que abrir ventanas pues se descompuso el aire, no servia un control de una tv,el wi fi estaba lentisimo, no sirvio una de las regaderas, tenia una fuga y se nos inundo una parte del baño, al dia siguiente al desayunar (incluye dos desayunos buffet) un pesimo servicio, pero para colmo la leche estaba agria, al cambiarnosla, tambien el segundo ampaque esta echado a perder. Total, que desgraciadamente habia pagado las dos noches por adelantado, si no me hubiera cambiado , definitivamente no vuelvo,

Hace un año visite éste hotel y me pareció que lo habían dejado caer en cuanto a mobiliario, sin embargo en ésta nueva visita me volvió a conquistar, tiene lo necesario y en precio adecuado, ya cuentan con pantallas planas y los muebles aunque no son nuevos están bien. Ahora no batallé con la señal de internet y el desayuno estaba bien. Me sigue pareciendo una estupenda ubicación.

El hotel tiene un concepto muy bonito, parece que andas por el centro histórico de alguna ciudad del centro sur de México. La comida es regular y la atención en el restaurante es amable Además de estar súper bien ubicado en la ciudad. El problema con este hotel es que no hay congruencia con lo que cuesta la noche y lo que te ofrecen; las habitaciones están muy limpias el cual es un punto muy bueno a favor, pero las camas son viejas e incómocas; sábanas rasposas, almohadas ya deformadas de tanto uso y una sobrecama de pésima calidad la cual da comezón al taparte con ella de lo rasposa que está. No es el peor hotel de Juárez, pero definitivamente hay mejores opciones en ese rango de precios.

un lugar para descansar con habitaciones ubicadas como si fuera una pequeña ciudad dentro de otra, creo que al interior le falta modernizarse, son habitaciones con todos los servicios tipo suite desde cocina , comedor estancia baño y recamara , probable pueda considerase familiar, no individual , con área de alberca

El restaurant tiene un pesimo servicio pocos meseros pedimos unos huevos que jamas llegaron el jugo es insipido como si estuviera rebajado con agua y la comida no tiene sazon no hay variedad nada es rescatable al menos en el restaurant apesar de ser bufet no es bueno
