Another excellent visit, always a very warm welcome from all the friendly and extremely hard working staff. Every aspect of this hotel is great as far as I’m concerned with a lovely location, just a little walk into beautiful Ciutadella old town. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

No expense spared, cannot fault anything Food is amazing Room is spotless and modern Gym has enough in to get a good workout in All staff are very friendly + helpful Short walk to town Center + cove/sea is a stone throw away. As well as the sauna / ice bath / spa being great. Will 100% be going back

Visited with family and friends. Very beautiful hotel with a view of the sea! The rooms were perfect, massive beds (2 singles pushed together to make a super queen) with really comfortable pillows and separate duvets. Had a safe, mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and a complimentary big glass bottle of water. Lovely bathroom with a big walk in shower, plenty of clothes storage and even sofa chairs in the bedroom. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was cleaned daily and new towels were given, which was luxury! The breakfast was a buffet and had so much choice both continental and full English options. It even had an egg, omlette, and pancake station! Lovely selection of hot and cold drinks also. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing, kids are aloud daily until 1.30 and from 4-8 it's adults only. The outdoor area was also lovely a good choice of beds and loungers and the pools a good size although quite cold in early April which was expected. The bar serves lovely drinks and cocktails, we noticed Menorca are very generous with alcohol servings, so you get your moneys worth. The bar also did snacks/food. The chicken burger was delicious! Only a 10/15 minute walk into the town which has lots of bars and restaurants and shops, Pizzeria Roma is a must to visit for an evening meal and SAGELATERIA did amazing ice creams. You can catch buses from the town for very cheap (1.70 to Cala Blanca) and the hotel can arrange taxis for you, we got a taxi to Cala Galdana for a boat trip (Amigos boat trip) for around €30 for 4 of us. Would definitely go back the perfect holiday!

This is our second visit to the hotel, our first being 3 years ago, before the refurb. For us it was better first time around. It's a beautiful hotel, and the staff are lovely and work so hard, in every aspect of the hotel, particularly after the exceptional heat of the last 3 weeks!! Our negatives for the hotel.....the "slamming" of guest room doors, all day and all night! That's all you could hear. If people slammed them hard enough, your room would vibrate. People could close them quietly if they wanted to, but very few did, we found that incredibly ignorant and bad mannered. The sound proofing to rooms is none existence either, some guests were so noisy, they might as well of been sharing your room with you. We were fortunate enough to have 3 weeks, but sadly, this was not the rest and relaxing break we had anticipated.

This hotel is an absolute gem of a find. It is clean, has excellent facilities and the rooms are great with outstanding climate control. Breakfast has good quality food and lots of choice and the bar has a great selection of beers, wine, and spirits. But what makes it so good is the staff! We will go back in a heart beat.

Great location, lovely staff plus the most efficient air conditioning all made this a great choice for Ciutadella. The beach is very close by and it’s a 10 minute walk into the town which makes everything so convenient. Breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner were not as good.

Lovely hotel in great location right on the side of a little cove. Nice size bedroom and bathroom with sea facing balcony. Staff very helpful. Buffet style breakfast every morning offering every thing you could think of

A very stylish hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean with quiet, good air conditioning but some noise from nearby room neighbours evident. The very quiet calm pool area is great and sun beds are readily available. Breakfasts choices are excellent and especially for those with gluten intolerances if you ask the staff. Easy walk into the old town area and access to local regular buses to Mahon. Plenty of historic buildings/museums to visit, restaurants to sample and shops to discover and night artisan markets. A really lovely area to stay and enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sunshine.
