Highly recommend Ningbo Cixi Puli Hotel! The hotel's new Chinese design is very stylish, the room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft and sleepy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Especially to praise the front office customer service Yumei, take the initiative to hand in welcome tea when checking in, patiently introduce the hotel's terrace garden and supper service, and answer all questions super intimate. The location is also excellent, it is very convenient to go to Fangte and Wetland Park, I will choose here next time!

The newly opened hotel in Hangzhou Bay has an excellent location, very close to Century Golden Resources, quiet in the bustling city, and there are large supermarkets and many newly opened restaurants around the hotel, which is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's front desk customer service was patient and meticulous, and took the initiative to help me when I saw that I was carrying an elderly person with difficulty walking. The room had no odor, the bedding was comfortable, the view was wide, the facilities were clean and hygienic, and the room service was also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is a good choice for family travel.

At the end of the summer vacation, I took my children to Fantawild and decided to stay because they liked the relatively new hotel. The overall environment and hygiene are very satisfactory. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to inquire about the check-in time and requirements in advance, which was very good. But I must point out the shortcomings. After checking in, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to eat at around 12:30. I asked the butler to reserve a seat in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there was no reservation. I don't know how the hotel works. The food was not served until 50 minutes after ordering. Two families who were seated at the same time couldn't wait and left early, expressing their dissatisfaction. This aspect needs to be improved in the future. The hotel is more business-like, with only a swimming pool and gym, and few facilities for children.

Originally, the hotel was booked casually, but the result was poked in the details! When I entered the door, I found that the air conditioner had been adjusted to the comfortable temperature in advance, and even the pillows were divided into two types of softness and hardness. Hot milk and sleep-assisted aromatherapy were also sent before going to bed. The most unexpected thing was that when I left the store, the front desk remembered that I liked the local snacks, F, and directly packed a souvenir. This feeling of being remembered is warmer than any luxury decoration.

I chose to stay on May Day, and the overall experience was great. The room amenities are excellent, from toothbrushes, bath products, bedding, tea bags, coffee, etc. There are several pillows available, so there is always one that suits you. I slept quite comfortably. The room is equipped with a disinfection machine and an electric towel rack. The hotel has just opened, so the hygiene is good. The room is equipped with ventilation windows, and the air circulation is good. Because I stayed at Hyatt the next day, and the air ventilation of Hyatt was not as good as Junlan. But when it comes to breakfast, Junlan is clearly inferior to Hyatt. Firstly, the breakfast area is not set up reasonably. Secondly, the cakes are all frozen mousse cakes, and there are no baked chiffon or muffin cakes. The cereals served with milk were of a limited variety, which the kids found a bit disappointing. Finally, during holidays like May Day, appropriate flow control should be implemented during peak hours. My friend had to find a seat because there was no seat available. However, as a newly opened hotel, some shortcomings in details are understandable. In addition, the children's playground in the hotel is still under renovation and is not open. Summary: In terms of room experience details, Junlan is far superior to Hyatt. I really can't complain about Hyatt's hair dryer, it's big and heavy, and not very effective for drying hair. The room had a bit of a peculiar smell. In terms of catering, Hyatt has many outstanding features, including some full meals for a family of three on May 1st. The services will also be more diverse, such as bicycle rental services. The main attractions of the Wetland Park and Fantawild Park are very close to each other. Considering the strong parent-child attributes of each attraction, it is recommended that the hotel take a more parent-child perspective, prepare some breakfast, and improve the service facilities to be more competitive. In terms of cost-effectiveness, Junlan is very good and worth staying at.

A big hotel, spacious and strategically located in the Hangzhou Bay business district. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern. Around are plenty of eateries (halal aplenty) and GR Mall is a short walk away. Do enjoy the morning breakfast; lots of food choices with capacious dining area.

A huge thank you to Jett from Guest Services for their incredibly thoughtful arrangements. They proactively reached out a day before our stay to understand our needs. Upon learning we were traveling with a baby, they not only pre-booked the kids' club for us but also upgraded us to a suite. The room was even prepared with welcome fruits and a welcome toy, which were such considerate touches. Any feedback or issues we had were also addressed very promptly. The dinner service provided was excellent, featuring six dishes and a soup. Additionally, for an extra 68 RMB per person, we had the option to upgrade to the buffet dinner at the downstairs cafe, which was fantastic value!

The room is particularly good, there is a swimming pool and golf course, a lot of gym equipment, breakfast is also very rich, next time I will come to live, the bear butler is very responsible and very enthusiastic!

The hotel has a good location, close to Fantawild Park. The hotel is equipped with intelligent systems, the rooms are clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast has many types, and Manager Park's service is enthusiastic!

I went to Geely for a business trip and chose the nearest one. It was surprisingly good. The room was upgraded. It was big and clean. The breakfast is very good, there are many kinds of fruits, and the breakfast in the evening and the porridge in the morning are very delicious. Highly recommended!
