OYO Pier Hotel

First visit to Pier Hotel. Lovely and Clean . Bridal suite very clean and spacious. Slept so peacefully. Christmas dinner superb. Becky is so friendly and attentive. Pleasantly surprised. Definitely returning in the new year. Steve and Colette.

We booked in just for the night but on arrival we was pleasantly surprised. The place was spotless, nicely decorated and we was met by a lovely lady we now know to be ‘Becky’. Check in was easy and then Becky took us up to our room (No7). On entering the room we couldn’t ask for more, spacious with a lovely bed, bathroom with everything you could ask for and a little private sun terrace. After being out for the day we came back and enjoyed a few drinks in the resident bar, being served by Becky We then went to bed. In the morning we woke up after a fantastic sleep and went downstairs for breakfast which was a lovely full English with everything freshly prepared by……….. Becky. (Lady deserves a pay rise) Strongly recommend this hotel by far the best in the area by a LONG SHOT !!!!

When I booked this ( through the well known booking portal)I knew it was going to be very budget but it was within my price range for one nights stay so I ****** it up. How wrong I could be . On arrival there was no parking as stated on the booking however put my van on a side street no issues. I was greeted in the hotel by a lady called Becky who I believe is the manager she kindly offered my to park my van in side entrance if I wanted . She took me to my room and ok so it was basic but goodness whoever is the cleaning housekeeping staff needs commending , my room & bathroom were spotless . Comfortable bed nice warm room had everything I needed. I went to the local Wetherspoon for food which I have to say was excellent. I got a nice glass of wine back at the hotel had a nice chat to Becky. Booked a breakfast which was cooked by herself… again amazing full English no complaints whatsoever again everything clean and well presented & only £7.00!! I cannot fault the hotel for what I paid and if I’m working in the area again I will definitely return . I hope the owner see this and appreciated the hard work Becky does as she really is hands on and keeps everything running smoothly

Stayed here before. This time we had the bridal suite, absolutely beautiful and stunning decor, exceptionally clean and tidy hotel. Has 12 rooms and accommodation for families, has a full bar and nice little restaurant/breakfast bar Just a stone’s throw away from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. Definitely will return and recommend if you want a little get away

The mattress and pillows were so comfortable and we slept like logs. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was amazing as I don't eat much and it was perfect. We will be going back for certain
