This place is just awesome. Lovely area and great hosts!! Rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. Stay here it will complement your trip to Cape Town.

Just what I wanted, a place to stay in Kenilworth. Beautiful garden, secure and sufficient amenities. Bonus too that there is a communal kitchen. Great hospitality.

I had the most wonderful time at the studio. Its in a lovely and quiet neighborhood but still very accessible. Gail and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I had a long stay and it was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back.

The place is very neat, accessible to transport Very comfortable beds and quiet area I would refer the John Bauer Studio and B&B to anyone who wants a nice and quiet place Gail is very kind and welcoming to the guests

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from AuntyLady who settled us into our room. The room felt very homely with wall heaters, extra blankets, armchairs and complementary tea and coffee. A communal kitchen, dining room and garden area are available to guests which is particularly pleasant if you are feeling sociable. While we found the accomodation very good value, clean and comfortable the interesting artworks and working studio was what really made it unique for us. Definitely a place to revisit! Next time we hope to be able to explore the area as well.

A nice peaceful stay, had all my privacy. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay over for the week they down in CPT.
