Quaint Geusthouse situated close to the centre of the beautiful Clarens where there is all of kinds of places to eat and interesting little shops to walk through. There is a patio overlooking the beautiful mountains of the Eastern Freestate. Information about what happens in town and surrounding areas is presented which is very helpful if you want to explore the area.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels. There are electric blankets, heaters and fire place for cold weather. The rooms are well equipped for self catering, tea, coffee, milk and nice rusks provided. Good reception on arrival.

Safe and very neat. The best view of the mountain. Walking distance to everything in this beautifull town. Marlene and her staff very friendly. Can recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a great breakaway. Will definitely go back asap. Thanks again Marlene

Thanks Marlene for your hospitality, from the time we arrived until we left your service was excellent. The chalet was neat and well equiped with everything you need. You will see us soon again. The view of the mountain is beautiful and walking distance from all the shops.

Stunning at Knockout View! Everything inside the unit that you need. Enough blankets and the heater a blessing for the cold. Beautiful view with the mountains. So much to see and experience at Clarens. Definitely going again and so many restaurants to choose from. Pricey in town in some shops.

Thanks Marlene and owners from Knock out View; This was one of those stays that were out of this world, you are in town but got such a beautiful view of the mountains that it is out of this world to see. It is so quit but still you are just walking distance from the "square". This was my second time staying here and I am definitely coming back for more. The units PEACE and JOY is more than just a sleep over its a vacation!! See you soon. Louis

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very cozy and clean. The view is breathtaking Marlene and her team are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great and within walking distance from the shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Knock Out view.
