There was a lot of noise from hallway and other rooms throughout night. Heater was making a lot of noise.The blackout curtains were not fitting and I had to prop a chair to block the street light. There were blood stains on blackout curtains. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I had very poor sleep The first room I checked in didn't have hot water in bathroom. The second room didn't feel very clean. The electric outlets were loose and I had to go around the room to plug my phone charger. The only reason I didn't give very poor overall rating was good breakfast and friendly kitchen lady. I was unhappy with everything else.
