"Overall, the lobby and general bedroom were clean and nice. The workout room was first class. The problem was the bathroom in our room was unclean. The floor had several hairs, tissue in the corner, and the shampoo dispenser pump was broken. Also, our door deadbolt did not work. I did not discover this until late that night. I informed the front desk the next morning. Instead of waiting until we checked out, the repairman came and repaired the lock while leaving our door wide open and tools in our bedroom..........kinda strange in my book."
