"Location is great.  It is about 20km from Melbourne cbd.  With a rental car, we can get to cbd in 30-40 minutes.  Hotel is connected to M-city shopping center.  There are supermarkets and restaurants; thus super convenient.  Parking is provided for $25/day，which I think is a bit expensive. The hotel room and bathroom are both quite spacious and clean.  Wi-Fi is steady.  All in all, en enjoyable stay at Park Royal Monash Melbournehotel."
