Lawn space at front and back of house as well. Deck wraps around one side of house to connect front of house deck to the more private covered deck. Free Off-street parking (no garage access). Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, city park, Lady of the Lake, City Beach, Central Gardens and less than a mile from the Legendary Surf Ballroom. Each of two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds with linens provided as well as blackout curtains for great night of sleep. Large living room includes sectional plus sleeper sofa. Perfect location
Great location - parked the car for two days and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Easy check in process. Very clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

Great location
The property was just as described. The amenities offered we very good. The property was well stocked with all the necessities and some nice extras. They were very responsive to questions when needed. This would be a perfect location for events in downtown Clear Lake.

Awesome location and comfy home!
So much better than a hotel! We stayed for 2 weeks and we were More than happy. All of the things you expect from home and more! Do not hesitate to book as it really is your home away from home.

Wonderful!
Very cozy and clean house, perfect location as well (just steps from a great local brewery). The owners were awesome to work with and went the extra mile with little personal touches. Would highly recommend!

Weekend getaway
Had a great time in Clear Lake! The location of the house was in walking distance to the downtown area. There is a great outdoor sitting and grilling area. All beds were very comfortable and the house was comfy! Would definitely recommend this house!!!
