This place is great. Close to everything..very clean exterior and interior. Checking staff member was sweet. Will definitely stay again.

For the resort that it is and the great location and the busy it gets…rooms should be more updated and clean and better service. There’s only one vending machine and there was no water and lobby didn’t have anymore available in the main building. Please upgrade a little

Not sure what has happened but there’s too much noise of other customers in the hallways. Elevator smells like *********. And this place is great location but needs some updating. Maybe laminate floors and remove the dingy rugs.

Goselyn was great! Was very attentive when I was checking in and I needed extra pillows for my back and she was able to provide. Location is great!

A little far from Disney Dedicated bus service Just a little bit of time Breakfast type is not too much. After eating for four days, it is a bit greasy, but it does not affect the good mood for Disney. The price is fairly cheap to play four stars slightly
