We found the Hotel to be very nice, nice room, good restaurant, nice staff, very clean so for us nothing not to like. Nice spa as well. To cap it all Lucky the dog was so cute 😍. Town of Clervaux was lovely for a short stay too.

We called in at the Hotel du Commerce on the off-chance, as we'd reached Clearvaux late in the afternoon, on a motorcycling trip, and it was about time to find a hotel. The welcome was friendly, we were invited to bring our bags in, and directed to dedicated motorcycle parking in the hotel grounds. The hotel interior and the rooms are so well finished that we decided to 'stay in' and relax rather than exploring the town. It was worth it, as the bar is good and the restaurant was very good. For a chance find, we could hardly have planned it better. Recommended.

The hotel was perfect for a large group of cyclists/hikers. We went with 40 colleagues of Brussels Airport Company to hike & cycle around Clervaux for 4 days. We were well received in a top location. Good service. Top bar. Good restaurant.

Excellent reception when 3 motorcyclists turned up without a booking. Friendly staff at reception, bar and dining room. Excellent quality food and pleasant rooms. Private parking was also very much appreciated.

- Room very clean and agreeable to stay, dispite the very hot weather (+30°C outside) the room remained cool and excellent to sleep. - Swimming pool free for use is a big plus point. - Parking at the hotel is comfortable. - The only negative point could be that it takes a while before the warm water comes at the shower. - WiFi connected without problems. - No noise to hear from other rooms (maybe they were not occupied...?)

Le parking n'est absolument pas gratuit. Le spa était glacial, tout le monde essayait de se réfugier dans le sauna et hammam et infrarouge sauf que certains cervices sont payant en plus du " tarif spa " . Je ne vois pas l intérêt de payer plus cher un hôtel si c'est pour avoir full coûts additionnels à chaque envie(s). Donc clairement mensongé ( les horaires d'ouverture du spa aussi d'ailleurs). La piscine était atrocement froide. Et comme le sauna, seul endroit chaud etait rempli... avec une file ! Les clients s exclamant " fait supee froid ici !" .. on est resté..3 minutes . Le petit déjeuner était composé de fruits et légumes au goût douteux. Ne serait ce qu'une bouteille d'eau ou chocolat dans la chambre... " juste pour dire bienvenue " . Pas de frigo non plus... Non, franchement, plus jamais. Le seul côté positif est la gentillesse des demoiselles qui y travaillent et la qualité du matelas. Ultra rare que je donne des avis négatifs mais là c'est nécessaire...

Rapport qualité prix bas, surtout en comparant avec la concurrence qui offre des prestations largement supérieures dans la même gamme. Lors de la réservation, le spa est indiqué comme comprenant un hamman et une cabine infrarouge, or il est nécessaire de payer un supplément. L'information précisant que le spa est ouvert à partir de 15h, or le site précise "Piscine, Centre de Wellness et Fitness ouvert de 08.00 à 19.00 heures" Lorsque nous faisons la remarque, le responsable se montre désagréable. Il sous entend que nous voulons "tout pour rien"... Chambre peu équipée et draps de bains insuffisant pour profiter du spa. Le menu est compris dans notre arrangement, la réceptionniste indique que nous devons manger au plus tard à 19h car le personnel ne souhaite pas que le service dure trop longtemps. Personnel de du restaurant lounge très peu sympathique. Après de nombreux séjours à Clervaux, le premier et le dernier dans cet hotel
