Welcome home to our newly renovated 3BR/2 Bath fully furnished home located in Historic Downtown, Cleveland TN within walking distance to Lee University, Deer Park and the Greenway. The home is located 4 miles from Omega Center Church (OCI). Also located only 10 minutes from the Hiawassee River, B&B Marina and the Ocoee River. Convenient to I-75 with Chattanooga only 15 minutes away. Our home is fully furnished including all essential kitchen cookware/utensils, bath and bed linens. The luxurious bedding includes a King, Queen and two Double Beds.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Small dogs under 20lbs . Crate trained. No cats..About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Guest must let us know they are bringing a dog . The dog must be under 20lbs and crate trained. I am flexible . Another great stay
My son goes to Lee and this location is so perfect as are the accommodations! As long as we have a child at Lee, and we need a place to stay with the family, this will be our pick!

Truly a gem!

Spacious kitchen with large wide sink, High shower heads so all heights could shower without having to squat down and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient!
Our stay at this property was awesome! It was clean and extremely comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to Lee University. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in a good location around Cleveland!
If we need to go back to Cleveland, Tennessee again, we will definitely try to book this property again!
