Our door lock was broke and there was a gap between the door and wall--so much that you could see the light coming there. We were terrified to leave anything in the car over night in case someone broke into the car. The breakfast was served in old crockpots and I was not sure if it was Safeserve certified.

Had to fix own bathroom sink told about it to them for 2 days Never came to fix it they never gave me my benefits discounts it was a young male very disappointed with him only so I believe I deserve something back everyone else was very nice trying to help breakfast very good 👍

Lots of garbage around the pool area and needs to mow the grass and weeds around it The side walks had a lot of cigarette buts on them The bed and bedding were very good Good location and easy to find

They put us in a handicap room and we are not handicapped. We had spiders and roaches under the bed. The fitness room was now used as a "maintenance junk room" and the pool looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. The breakfast bar there was nothing to drink, I asked the desk and they said someone had taken the keys home to the orange juice machine and the vending machine didn't work. The beds are small but the shower had great pressure and it was fun to sit on the handicap seat and shower since the shower head was positioned so low. I am not a "review" person and have only written 3 reviews in my Life so trust me when I say this place is not where you want to be.

The location is close to the highway. The rooms were clean but in need of updates. The full beds are not big enough for two adults to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was lacking in options. The shower was amazing!

We had looked at several other roadside Inns before choosing the Baymont. The Bedding was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, towels, and amenities. We slept well and made it down to breakfast before it closed. It was a pleasant surprise for this hungry couple.

Problem with online reservation system as it changed my dates. I called hotel directly and got this fixed, BUT she could NOT give me the lower online rate. NOT RIGHT!!!!!

And the exterior of the property was not well-kept; garbage, cans, overflowing, and just kind of dirty and dingy. The room seemed clean enough. So we decided to stay. We were only at the hotel to sleep due to a very busy graduation schedule. The first morning we woke up a little itchy, but just assumed that it was allergies because of pollen in the south but then after the second night we woke up with bug bites all over. When we complained and showed them photo evidence, they question as to whether we might have brought them in. And they weren’t sure if they would be able to give a refund for our stay. Stay away from this place!

We have experienced some of the more expensive hotels, usually able to charge more because of a unique location, or because they are brand-new, or are a luxury chain. If we are to go on vacation at all we have to plan wisely, so finding the Baymont in Cleveland, TN, has given us competitive prices for a very comfortable stay. It's not as grand as the expensive ones but has pleased us so well! Thank you!
