The hotel is a building with a bit of history, the corridors and rooms are quite large. There is a parking fee of 28 US dollars per day at the entrance of the hotel. There are many other parking garages around the hotel, usually about 10 US dollars a day. Overall very good

This is a peculiar hotel. I have experienced the most special one in the Hyatt Hotel. After arriving at night, I entered a shopping mall after closing the store, which is a bit dreamy. I am very impressed and the location is very good.

The location is very good, close to the city center**. The house looks old, but the facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the staff are very professional. Very quiet and praised. TV is also very good

Great & super clean king size room facing the Cathedral and ”❤” light City building. Awesome staff and General Manager Louis. Super helpful and professional. Good breakfast for on the go. Perfect walking 5- 15 minutes walking from the majority downtown attractions like East 4th Street for food & shopping, Rock & Roll Hall of fame, the waterfront, the freedom stamp. Quick taxi or longer walk to Football stadium, NASA science center, Civic center, Library, ******, and the Flats. Had a lovely time discovering downtown area of Cleveland good vibes from everyone!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Have never heard of this hotel before but I will never go anywhere else now! Wonderful suite! Loved the fireplace Mattress was so comfy! Everything was perfect and the people working there were so incredibly kind and friendly! Awesome awesome awesome !!!

The food at Adega was delicious! Super close to Jack's ******.
