Sent a great weekend in Clonakilty visiting the Clonakilty Food Festival. Stayed in the apartments at the Clonakilty Park Hotel. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the friendliness at check in all the way to checkout was a pleasure. All the staff that we met were really nice and very attentive. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks the the hotel for the father day gift at the carvery on Sunday... Definitely a place to check out..

Just back from an enjoyable 4 night stay as part of Skelton Travel Coach tour . Rooms were spacious , comfortable and clean . Staff were very courteous , friendly , attentive and helpful . Breakfast and evening meals were excellent and served very efficiently with friendly staff. Leisure Centre was very clean and well run with excellent facilities . Ideal location for touring lovely West Cork and make sure you visit the nearby Michael Collins Centre. I would have no hesitation in recommending to stay here .

We stayed here whilst on a Leger tour. The rooms were comfortable and had all that we required for our stay, but ours was a little dated. We thought the meals were very good. Being with a tour group, we had a 'special' menu with choices for all three courses. Everything I had was delicious. And hot, which is very important. Vegetables were served in dishes on the table. The waiting staff did well under pressure, no complaints there. The dining room opened at 7.30am for breakfast although you could sneak in earlier for your cold items. Hot food came out dead on 7.30. Good selection of cold and hot food. There was entertainment in the evenings if you fancied line dancing or something similar, or to just relax and listen to some Irish singing or music. Bar prices here were more reasonable than in the cities.

We stayed at the Clonakilty Park Hotel for two nights and had a brilliant experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean with lovely decor—some of the best we’ve seen in a family hotel. Every member of staff we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel was spotless throughout—honestly the cleanest family hotel I’ve stayed in. The soft play area is a great feature for kids, though I do think access should be included in the room rate rather than as an extra. The leisure centre could do with a bit of a refresh, but it looks like updates are already in progress, which is great. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly stay. Would definitely recommend and return.

A very pleasant stay we had at Clonakilty Park Hotel. Very friendly staff we were well looked after. Food was beautiful and service excellent. We stayed in the house which was clean and had everything you needed. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the room was very clean and well maintained. I have stayed here many times and I can't find fault with it. The bar staff were very good and in general the atmosphere was very pleasant which made it a very enjoyable stay.

I had the most beautiful stay in the Clonakilty Park Hotel. My friend and I registered for the Clonakilty 5 mile on the 28th of jan this year and we stayed in this hotel. The warm welcome from the receptionist and the cosy happy atmosphere in the reception got the stay off to a flying start. The room was beautifully designed and the dinner and breakfast were both swift and delicious. I look foward to staying there in the near future.

After ready the reviews here we really expected different!! Honestly we were very disappointed...we booked an apartment with out 2 year old with a requested cot.. when we checked in first the lady didn't go through a single thing with us as we had never been before so it would have been handy to know where the facilities were..she was rude. The apartment room 718 was cold and a little damp and there was no cot for our little girl..they brought one over that evening. The soft play area was 4 euro each time now I know that isn't alot but when you are paying 290 to stay the night you would imagine that's included!! The pool was nice. Just over all we were disappointed and we won't be back.
