From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,this was completely faultless, a wonderful place to stay and to enjoy the lovely town of Clonakillty,the rooms were amazing, the food was fantastic, the management and staff were brilliant, ( a special thanks to Siobhan and Timothy, who were so helpful and friendly) I will definitely stay again

What a beautiful personal hotel. We loved staying here, just a pity it was only for one night. Rooms are amazing, have everything you need. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

A warm welcome on arrival that continued for the duration of our stay at this charming, family run boutique hotel Spent a wonderful weekend at the Emmet Hotel, ideally located in the heart of Clonakilty for exploring the town. As customer service goes, the staff at the hotel were excellent and ensured we felt welcome through our stay. Both Ella and Jessica, who served us, added greatly to a memorable experience. Their genuine and friendly personalities shone through. Even though they were extremely busy, they were attentive and proactive, making sure every customer's experience was a positive one. Looking forward to making this hotel a regular destination for weekend breaks to relax. No hesitation recommending the Emmet Hotel and can't wait to return.

Such a pleasant stay as usual. Fab staff and food and the rooms are so comfy. Great location and a quiet area only 30 seconds walk to the main street that is full of character. If your a tourist looking for an Irish welcome choose the Emmet Hotel, you will leave in AWE. The food is FAB and the breakfast is freshly cooked and seriously good. Over all a little Gem...

I stayed here for one night recently, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I checked in on my own to a lovely, tastefully decorated room. It was spotless, cozy, warm, had a great coffee machine, beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower. There was also a balcony door in the room. I had dinner in the bar later and the food was great. Breakfast and the breakfast room was lovely

Everything was perfect. The lady who checked us in was so nice & friendly & very helpful. I think her name is Amanda. Our room was spacious & beautiful. Breakfast was delicious & the gift we received when checking out was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful hotel, staff are friendly and always there to help. Breakfast was delicious and not a problem no matter what you wanted. Really nice place to go for a weekend break. Rooms were lovely, cleaned and tidied every day. Such a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

It's impossible to beat the Emmet Hotel in Clonakilty, west Cork for a mid-week or weekend break because the value for money is unbeatable. We stayed for a one night stopover on Thursday to tie in with the traditional music session at Shanley's bar and we were not disappointed. The Emmet is a cosy, boutique style hotel in the heart of Clon and within easy walking distance of all the best bars, shops and restaurants. It is ideally placed overlooking peaceful Emmet Square and close to the big tourist attraction that is Michael Collins House. One of the added attractions if you stay at the weekend is the weekly market on a Friday morning right across the road from this excellent establishment. Noel Spillane.
