-they say over the phone you get a discount only to get there and see that the “discounted” price is the normal one listed in the lobby; - they don’t keep the rooms heated at a minimum (winter time); once you get in for the first time prepare to wait 3-4 hours to raise the temperature from around 16-17 degrees Celsius. - the heater makes a whole lot of noise; you can’t sleep with it on; - not all lightbulbs work in the room; - not even a single pack of tissues present in the room; - the biggest drawback -＞ they host parties downstairs; the music and the bass can be heared in the room 2 stories up; really bad after an exhausting day; it is loud!! - indoor pool, spa, jacuzzi, sauna and stuff - unless there’s a kids party being thrown from outside the hotel; then, bad luck, either you try to survive a kids havoc or just skip the pool area. - there is no place to hang your towel in the bathroom after you wash your hands; you improvise. - once you use the card to enter the room a loud buzz is heard; makes it impossible to enter the room without disturbing your sleeping SO. + good continental breakfast but served in a big lifeless area used for parties.

Not quite 5 stars, I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding, I received a classic room and I can say that this room does not pretend to be 5 stars at all. It is a gigantic hotel and due to the reduced staff it is not possible to maintain this hotel, more emphasis could be placed on external and internal cleanliness, and clearly there is a need for much better professionally trained people. During the weekend when I was there, there were 3 different events and it was a general chaos. Heavy service both at the bar and at the restaurant, instead, tasty food and drinks. The pool area is very noisy, you can't relax. Those who leave the pool enter through the same place as other people regardless of whether it is a wedding or meetings and it is not professional at all, I return to the idea that it is a management problem. I prefer something smaller, more intimate and better organized, I will not come back here.

Low because of one thing only. Pool loudest music ever. Heavy beat. No way to relax. Can’t read. When asked to turn down hotel staff said what you do want Chopin? Mozart? No I want to be able to think. Any music will do but not overly loud. Like a jumbo jet. And I don’t want staff to be rude either. Also they close pool if there is cloud. They say they don’t but there are no towels and shutters are down

Hands down one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. We stayed 3 weeks and initially I was concerned it would be too long, but I didn't want to leave. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Location was close to City Center, a few minutes with an Uber or Bolt. The breakfast was good and enough variety. The staff in the restaurant was attentive and professional. The staff at the pool and pool bar was great. The pool itself was big enough and even on busy days not overly crowded. Great for swimming laps when not busy (usually mornings). The front desk staff was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back next year

I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cluj-napoca. The rooms are spacious and a lovely breakfast is included. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. For a discounted fee, you can enjoy their spa (indoor pool that leads to a garden, saunas, steam room, sensory showers, etc). There is also a restaurant and bar menu at the spa that is excellent. The best couples (or choose single) hot stone massage by Barbara and Petrut. Mara was so professional at reception and Corina was excellent at the bar. If you book a treatment in the spa you get to enjoy the facility at no extra charge. It was a perfect day.

I walked down to the reception and asked if i can buy cigars in the bar, she said no but try to walk to Lidl supermarket they probably have, its a 5 star hotel they should know what cigars it. The pool was cold as welli rented the Junior Suite 7.floor nice view but no chairs on the balcony and tiny balcony. the bread napkin was dirty so you couldn't enjoy the food fully.
