The staff and customer service is awesome this location is quiet and laid back good relaxation clean and spacious.Check in is always great and my stay here been extremely accommodating.The rooms is immaculate and comfortable the staff is welcoming and friendly I can’t complain Thank you at Fairfield!

We just left from a stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Vinings and we had a wonderful stay! I am not one to write reviews but I wanted to take to time to say how amazing Ty was from start to finish. She was so professional, personable, accommodating, and had seamless execution at her job. She was key in helping us with transportation, restaurants, and shuttle to the game. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable!! I also wanted to compliment the cleaning staff and breakfast crew. When we arrived yesterday the cleaning crew was busy cleaning everything (floors, elevator) making everything smell fresh and clean. Housekeeping staff was friendly too! Will definitely stay again!!

Just a good average Fairfield. They did a good job on refurbing this hotel I think, room looked like new to me. Gym was a little lackluster, but breakfast was good. They have a shuttle that can take you to the Braves stadium, which is pretty cool. Would stay again.

Unfortunately and surprisingly I had A TERRIBLE experience with the staff named Benjamin Bennie this week. I'm a mom to a 2 year old and the air conditioning went out in our home so as a long time reward member of Marriott, Fairfield Inn was our top choice to enjoy a quick staycation. Upon arrival, I can not even explain in words how rude Benjamin Bennie was. I've never experienced such disrespect. It was so bad, I opted to go back home and sleep in the heat. I've escalated this situation to corporate so no one has to deal with him. Benjamin Bennie is a horrible representation of the Marriott brand.

The staff (specifically Ty and DJ) at this location is simply top notch. We were displaced from our home due to a mold problem and remediation and booked a king suite. When we arrived and it was clear to staff that 2 of the 3 adults were sick, they changed our room to two king rooms for the same price so we could convalesce and rest in some comfort and privacy. The first morning of our stay, Ty saw me sneak into the breakfast area for some hot tea and to try to get something to eat and he stopped me to ask how I was feeling and gave me some Gatorade, which went way above and beyond what most hotel staff I’ve encountered in other places would ever do. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and I hope Marriott rewards these staff members with some special kudos for going above and beyond to show compassion and kindness.

Be careful when using credit cards with this hotel. Checked in with Discover and they billed on Visa that Marriott had on file. BOTH CREDIT CARDS were used for fraudulent charges. There is a theif working for Marriott. The Visa hadn't been used all year so draw your own conclusion. Won't be staying here on future visits to Atlanta.
