I think that such rude treatment of clients for a 4-star hotel is simply unacceptable. Another manager, Federico, tried to level the situation, but he also refused to name his colleague - a rude woman. Of course, I am not going to book a hotel after such improper treatment and I do not recommend anyone to contact this hotel so as not to ruin their trip!
