Chateau by the Sea

Wanted a condo on the beach and that's what we have !!! Condo is very clean and stocked with everything anyone could ever need !!! Even has a washer and dryer !! Grocery store and tons of restaurants nearby. Condo is beautiful as well also has a nice deck to sit out on and listen to the waves or just read and relax.Pool area is well taken care of too !!!

Perfect location right on the beach! Amenities of our condo included hand, dish & laundry soaps, as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided were of good quality. The biggest benefit was the helpfulness of Zareh (onsite support)! Such a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable guy! Good central location for biking (bike friendly town). Also convenient to bus/trolly stop, and easy walk to dinner/happy hour/shops. Very close to the "pier". Complex had a nice grilling area adjacent to the pool on the ocean side. They also had a very nice shuffleboard area, as well as beanbag game. Viewing deck on the roof was very nice with comfy chairs & tables. Bike rack available, car parking (some covered), and common space inside (center of building) in addition to outside pool area. We would definitely consider this location for future visits!

We just left Chateau by the Sea #104 and had an excellent time! The condo was very clean and well equipped. We loved being on the ground floor so we could use the table and four chairs for our daily breakfast and evening cocktails. My 4 yo granddaughter loved playing right outside the room with a little friend she made. The King beds in each room were very comfortable and the rooms were cool and very quiet. Showers were great in both bathrooms and we appreciated the built in shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We used the blender to make frozen drinks which was fun. We are on the Pier twice since it is only a 5 minute walk away. Went for ice cream once and only a 5 minute walk too! The two beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach. We loved being so close too…a 5 minute walk from our door to the ocean edge! The pool was warm and had plenty of chairs. Zereh was great with communication! Our beach umbrella was broken on the end and he replaced it with the hour!! We loved the roof deck for watching the space launch! We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, beautiful views of the ocean and Cocoa Beach pier. Sofa was a bit stiff, but roomy condo and comfortable. We had a couple issues initially, but management took care of it very quickly. Very nice rooftop view of the ocean and area, plus easy to get to with on-site parking.

Our unit was great. The views were great. Beach was a stones throw away. We could get anywhere to see or do anything with ease since its such a great location. We even (accidentally) saw a rocket launch. Kelsy was so very accommodating and the people from Chateau by the sea were wonderful

We spent a week in unit 402. Wonderful place to stay with our two young kids, would definitely stay here again. Great pool for the kids, easy access to the beach. Nice and quiet (with the exception of New Years Eve which is understandable)
