The hotel is being upgraded and will be very nice when finished. Our room was newly done & very nice but not complete. Missing the closet by the door, only had 1 tiny garbage can and some of the towels were threadbare with some holes. None of those mad the stay poor!
We made the reservation online & was not refundable. My problem is there was no mention that neither the pool nor the hot tub were usable! It wasn’t even mentioned when we checked in. There was just a sign on the pool room door.
Breakfast was good but coffee machine was broken 😞
We would stay again but only after calling to see if the pool was open (I was looking forward to that 😞)
